Dr Rifino and her staff are always friendly and efficient. I never have to wait long for an appointment. Plus I’m often taken to a room right after I check in. Dr Rifino always listens to me and provides appropriate treatment. She explains everything and answers my questions. I never feel rushed. From the time I call for an appointment to the time I leave I am confident I am being well cared for. Dr Rifino is an exceptional doctor.

Have been seeing Dr Rifino for many years. She has a great down to earth attitude. Answers all my questions. Makes logical recommendations for what to do for upcoming visits.

She is patient, very caring and I find her to be very thorough. She has no problem sending me for a referral if I need one. The staff is friendly and efficient. I have not had to wait at all when I pre-register before the appointment. Once in a patient room, the wait is short. I am in Florida but live in Maryland. I've been having terrible pain with my neck for a month. Went to an orthopedic practice here but only gave me a muscle relaxant which did not help. I called Dr. Rifino, my physician in Md. She did a virtual call & prescribed an MRI & a prescription. I feel so much better today. Should have called her in the first place. She is a kind, caring physician who really cares about her patients. Also everyone at her practice is nice.
