She was the first internist doctor and cardiologist I had as an adult, when I was in my 30’s and for me the best doctor I have ever met. She has Everything you look for in a doctor, professionalism, expertise, cariing, supportive. A true friend caring for your Health . She was not a participant with my health insurance, but I did not care paying the extra money to keep her as my primary care doctorThis relationship lasted unti I retire from Work and moved Back to my Home country, the Dominican Republic.. I still miss my dearest Dr. Restifo.

I am 81 years old and live in Tucson now, but I was her patient for years while I lived in Virginia. I consider her the best diagnostician I have known. She didn't cover my insurance, but I would go to her when my regular doctors were stumped by my symptoms.
