Dr. Mary Olender, MD

The office experience I had with Olender was terrible. After waiting over 2 hours, I finally got put in a room and still had to wait another half hour. The office tech gave me gowns to put on, but said do not put them on yet. Finally Olender came in and said I will wait while you put them on, and she did not. She burst into the room after telling me I was to let her know when I was ready. She is a complete slob - fresh stains all over the front of her scrubs, and pant legs dragging five inches past her shoes. She has NO bedside manner. She did not help me with the request I made for medication. I will never go back to her again, not to mention let her touch me.

Additionally, I have been trying to get a response from the office for over a year regarding this issue, but my attempts have gone unanswered. This complete lack of professionalism and poor customer service are unacceptable, and I would not recommend this physician based on my experience.

She is a kind and empathetic doctor. She delivered my son with no complications. She doesn’t treat you like you’re sick when in labor she empowers you. My husband and I were blessed to have Dr. Olender deliver our son.

Doctor O is the best Doctor I have ever had! She is attentive, explains everything how it is and lets you decide. I was also taken care off by her staff . Honestly there are no words to describe the professional who had the best interests for the most important person in your life. She brought my baby into this world.

Despite calling multiple times every day, her office never picks up the phone. Despite a family history of breast cancer and having four lumps in each breast, I underwent an MRI recommended by the imaging center 13 days ago. When I contacted the imaging center for my results, they informed me they were sent to my doctor's office and would be available on the portal in 7 days. However, the doctor didn't bother to discuss the MRI results with me. Even after obtaining my results in person, the doctor still hadn't contacted me. Despite leaving several voicemails and sending emails, there was no response. Avoid wasting time with this unprofessional and negligent doctor.

After waiting 1 1/2 hours beyond my scheduled appointment time, I finally left without ever seeing the doctor. Office was very disorganized and mis-managed.

Dr. Olender and her team are always friendly, professional and most importantly welcoming.

She really cares about her patients, doesn't rush through appointments and takes time to explain things in a way we can really understand what is going on in our bodies and what the best course of action is. She's one of my favorite doctors.

She recommended that I get an IUD, and I agreed as it seemed like a good option for me. Within a month of having it placed, I had several painful issues thereafter. I saw a new OBGYN while with a new healthcare provider, and she informed me that the strings were cut very short, far shorter than they typically need to be and I almost had to have it surgically removed.

I didn’t particular care for the waiting room, a little old, no design but I’m very glad that didn’t stop me from seeing Dr Olender, she answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable, I definitely would recommend Dr Olender. And yes I plan to go back to see her once a year. The front desk girls were also very nice!

Dr. Olender helped me with my regular checkup, provided good advice, attended to all my questions with appropriate referrals, and provided followup.

Dr. Olender is a brilliant doctor. One of a kind. Bright, patient and caring. She never leaves the room until she answers every question you have. She's been my doctor for over 12 years. I wouldn't trade her for anyone else

I have been seeing Dr. Olander for many years. She is a listener and answers all my questions. She is very professional and explains things very clearly.

The dr takes her time to listen and explain thoroughly the problem and the appropriate treatment of the issues. She does not cut your appointment short until you are satisfied with the answer.
