Dr. Mary Montsko, MD

I have been going to Max Health for 4 years at Windguard Cir. Every year one doctor leaves and another arrives. I saw Dr Montsko in 2023 but Dr Tamara Torres saw me all 2024.But she is not on the insurance however she is a skilled nurse. Dr. Montsko only takes care of Insurance referrals. But getting those isn’t easy. Yesterday I was on hold all day. No one picked up the phone. I was sitting at the dermatologist waiting for surgery where I had gotten up early for. My insurance had changed I just needed a five minute release showing I was her patient. Her office couldn’t even pick up to let me know what the problem was. I am almost 80 and don’t like sitting in a doctors office all day on hold. The dermatologist office was also on hold. The office staff must not be required to answer calls. So at 3 pm I left and drove to Dr. Montsko’s office to see if they were even open. Two girls were in the office at computers. The one at the window was quite rude. I didn’t see Dr. Montsko.

This woman said if I got to hospital again, she won’t treat me, drug tested me, all for no reason. Terrible treatment will see her again

I visited this office to get a refill on my anxiety medication after changing insurance and losing my primary care physician. I also mentioned experiencing blood sugar crashes and shared the data I had tracked. Instead of listening, the doctor insisted I was just having panic attacks and that I misunderstood my symptoms. She expressed disapproval of my anxiety medication history and wouldn’t provide a refill without a quick EKG (think 2 seconds).Staff consistently mispronounces my name despite corrections, and I’ve waited nearly two hours before being seen. Appointments feel rushed, with just minutes spent with the doctor after long waits. I'm also concerned about possible unnecessary charges for extra visits and tests submitted to my insurance.

She dose not rate even one star A god like Dr who looks down on you as you no go to Dr school She is from a 3ed world crap hole and maybe there she is a god Beware and find one better then this pill pusher

Dr. Montsko's office is not accepting new patients according to Tina (reception). Tina said they stopped new patients March beginning. Today is 3-18-19. United Health network said they are not listed as booked, and the provider has the controls on the website fields, not UHC. I cannot recommend because I can't even get an appointment to score the service. It takes a fair amount of time to search for practitioners on the website, not including cold calling the doctor's offices.

AWESOME Dr. she takes her time when she is with you and her staff is wonderful.

Dr. Mary Montsko is a caring doctor that listens to her patient while in her office she also takes the time to explain what is going on with your body. She informs you why you need to take the medication she is prescribing, side effects and so on. I am so glad I found her. Many doctor just tell you to take the medication with no explanation as to why. She is an excellent care provider.

Very unprofessional, does not allow patient to ask any questions pertaining to your health during your visit. The visit only last 5 minutes or less, prescribe the wrong medications, misdiagnose, abandonment and neglects her patient, becomes outrage when asked a question she cannot answer. Totally "NOT" someone I would recommend. She should not be practicing medicine. I choosing her as my PCP not expecting her to kick me out like a dog after the second visit because I ask a couple of questions.

I think she is very knowledgeable, experienced and humble. Office wait is never too long and staff is smart, friendly and welcoming.
