Dr Mary Mills is always pleasant and patient. She takes time with her patients and doesn't rush out.

Yes, most definitely. Dr. Mills has been my Primary Care Provider for a number of years, at least 7. She is the epitome of a physician and professional. Her kind bedside manner always makes me comfortable and confident that I am getting the best care possible. I am retired now but worked at Ronald Reagan-UCLA Med Center for 28 years as a Manager of the Medical Procedures Unit. I know a great physician when I see one and Dr. Mills is more than just a physician , she’s an excellent professional health care provider!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mills for the last 7 years. She’s very personable, always has time to talk through things with me, and is very thorough. I haven’t had any problems making or changing appointments, communicating with the office staff, or getting what I need. I have found Dr. Mills, her staff, and her amazing phlebotomist to be top notch!

Dr. Mills is excellent ! Never makes me feel like she is in a rush. Always there to answer my questions. And one of her most important attributes is she listening. She doesn't listen to reply she listens to understand my concerns etc.

She is always caring and spends a great deal of time speaking to us about our healthcare needs and eager to answer any questions we have You never leave feeling like she has rushed through your visit or that your are just a number. I had been going to Dr. Mary Mills since I was a teenager (for 6 years now). As a teenager, I didn't realize how unprofessional the practice was. Half the time I tried to explain my symptoms, she would treat me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. She misdiagnosed me, telling me that I had the common cold, then the next day I went to another doctor and found out I had Mono. Now, as an adult, she will not take the necessary precautions/ask the necessary questions to make a diagnosis. She prescribed me a specific allergy medication, and every time it needs renewal, her practice DENIES my request, even though she is the one who said I have to take it. That has happened multiple times. On top of her unprofessional practice, the nurses, receptionists and every employee there is exceptionally rude! Over the phone and in person, the employees at this practice are intolerant and act like they do not care. I am leaving her practice, finding another doctor because I am beyond fed up.

I have going to Dr. Mills for about 8 years now. She’s always listened to my concerns, given wise advice, and has been very clear and thorough during check ups. Atop of all this, she shows genuine care and concern for me as a person. I couldn’t be happier and intend on remaining a patient of her for many years to come!

Dr. Mills is very thorough and considerate. I went to her recently for a totally different reason and she asked about a recent surgery I had by another physician. I had yet to hear of the pathology report and it had been two weeks. She offered to look into it for me because of the wait and the results were not in my medical record. Within 24 hours she had tracked down the pathology report, personally spoken to the pathologist, called me with the results and did a referral to an oncologist.
