Great Doctor
She's a great Doctor who's been our family doctor for decades. She doesn't belong to a corporation of something it's just her and she has always been there for our family.

Try another Doctor
Her staff is still in the 1950's. Sign in and out is terrible and additional billing is always messed up. I will never go back to her!

This is twice that as a patient of 7 years she has declined to refill a prescription without a visit. And she did this in another situation just to get the copay money. I will never go back to her and she had an awful bedside manner as well. I told the receptionist how much urgent Care is with my insurance and they didn’t care. That is not the way doctors are supposed to be. They should care about the patient more than the money.

This doctor is to quick to write a prescription. My mother is now addicted to pain pills and I blame her for not even making her come in and she would refill the Rx. Also her wait time is insane and her social skills are non existent. There are better primary doctors out there and also Debbie is rude.

I was trying to find a new doctor and when calling the office an answering machine told me to leave a message and they would contact me the next day. I was a bit surprised when they say to call back the next day but oh yes never heard back from them.

I really like her. It nice to see an independent woman doctor. I admit in the past I may have argued with her over mundane medial issues she has repeatedly shown she knows better than Google.

I've been going there for a long time and I find the wait extremely long and her assistant Debbie is so rude . I would never recommend this place. Her assistant needs some off to check her attitude.

I find Dr. Cilento thorough and trustworthy and knowledgeable about a wide range of conditions and the few specialists she has recommended over the last 20 years have been very good. As others have mentioned the PA Debbie Quintana is horrible, rude and argumentative, however, I believe she must be competent or Dr Cilento would not have her. I do try to avoid Debbie when possible.

I've been seeing doctor Cilento for over 20 years. Recently, I was asked if I would see Debbie Q instead (my mistake for saying yes). Debbie was rude to the point of making me cry. I considered switching primary care doctors because of how mean Debbie was to me. I will probably stay with doctor Cilento but refuse to ever see Debbie again no matter what.

Like a lot of other people have been saying, Dr Ludwig Cilento IS NOT the problem. Her PA, Debbie Quintana, is a huge problem. She's rude, insensitive, and generally speaking almost mean. I am switching doctors to avoid going back on the chance I won't get Dr Cilento because Quintana is awful.

I have been going here for about 10 months never had any problem with Dr Cilento. Always nice and listened to my concerns but today I saw the physicians assistant who was nasty argued with me. She tried to intimidate me and was very disrespectful. I refuse to go back to that office and i encourage others to use caution

Dr Cilento is simply the best! I have used her as my primary care physician for many years. She listens fully to my concerns, addresses them in detail and is always thorough. I have referred many people to her who have have unpleasant experiences with other doctors or that are just new to the area and every single one of then have loved her! Finding a doctor can be difficult and I'm so happy to have her as my doctor and to be able to refer others to her with confidence.

I have been going for many years (only because of being in-network with insurance). The wait is ridiculous! Never there less than 90 minutes. My Neurologist needed records in my history and they do not have records that are more than seven yrs. I had to contact all the specialists I have seen thru the years & everywhere that I've had testing. This all could have been avoided if their office kept my records
