RUDE! Run far far away from this Dr & Practice
I’ve never been so disrespected by a Dr in my life. This practice will make you wait months for an appt try & pass you off to NPs instead of MDs. I was made to feel like I wasted her time by coming to her for help with my GI issues. She should be ashamed of treating any patient this way, let alone a brand-new one. She completely dismissed anything I had to say, and her answer was all of my G.I. issues were my fault due to diet. She also dismissed the food allergy diagnosis my allergist gave me & said the allergy wasnt real! I had to explain to her, the dr, about a real food allergy. She told me I was to blame for the GI issues I was having. There is no need to see her again since my issues could be fixed by the dietician the practice recommend. Thankfully, I ignored her awful medical opinion & went to an extremely professional & respectful G.I. Dr at a different practice & I’m finally receiving treatment for my true G.I. issues that have absolutely nothing to do with my diet.

Seen several times in the past
Have seen Dr. Lucido several times in the past. Very through and conscience. Had also scoped my mother previously and with her knowledge realized my mother did not have a GI issue, but perhaps a GYNECOLOGICAL problem. My mother in fact had Ovarian cancer and ultimately died from it. So, for all that complain about waiting in Dr. Lucido’s office for a great length of time, have you been to a Dr’s office recently. There unfortunately happens to be a wait time in a lot of offices. I suggest you stop complaining about wait times and realize that is medicine these days. People go to the Dr for a hang mail. RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL
I will NEVER return to this office again. Dr. Lucido acts as though you’re wasting her time. I found her to be quite rude, condescending, arrogant and very unprofessional.

Worst scheduling team EVER, specifically "Meagan"
I didn't get a chance to see Dr. Lucido because I missed one appt and the scheduling team would not allow me to schedule another appointment. This is extremely inconsiderate as I called about 2hrs after my missed appointment to explain the unexpected circumstance that caused me to miss the initial appointment. The office team showed little to no concern for my health or the reason I missed the appointment. The worst experience was speaking with a scheduler named "Meagan" who is rude, unprofessional, aggressive and over talks when you're trying to explain yourself...then she hangs up on you when and accuses you of yelling.

She just lost an entire family of patients based on her poor behavior and terrible office staff. She had previously diagnosed me with cancer which makes my daughters high risk, one daughter has an even more increased risk due to her history of adenomatous polyps. Dr. Lucido coded her bill in such a way that my daughter is now responsible for a huge bill she can't afford. The way she coded it is causing insurance to cover no part of the procedure. Her office staff is refusing to make a correction or even listen to the situation. When asked if her only options were to pay the bill or get cancer the billing person confirmed that my daughter can either pay for insurance she can't afford, pay a bill she can't afford, or get cancer and Dr. Lucido's office apparently cannot do anything about it. In my personal experience, the staff has always been rude. The staff doesn't answer phone calls, the staff does not respond to voicemails, and it takes weeks and even months to get an appointment.

Terrible manners, was rude and very coldhearted. I waited about an hour past my appointment time to only see her for exactly 5 minutes. During that 5 minutes she didn't listen to me or answer any questions, she just told me I needed a colonoscopy. Then colonoscopy day comes, she is still rude and in general just not a pleasant person to be around. After the colonoscopy she comes in for literally less than a minute, says everything was fine but I may have had precancerous polyps and left without asking if I had any questions. I have a history of a first degree family member getting colon cancer at a young age, she should have ordered genetic testing for me based on that and the polyps and she didn't. I'm now getting genetic testing done 5 years later only because my PCP and her nurse practitioner recognized Dr. Lucido's error and they ordered the genetic testing for me. It took me 2 months just to schedule an appt with Lucido because no one answers the phone or responds to voicemails.

She is just out for your money. I'm a high risk patient and got slapped with an almost $3,000 bill from the surgery center she uses because of how she coded my procedure. Her billing department is useless. When I questioned the invoice the billing department (Brandi) confirmed that my only options are to pay for insurance I can't afford, pay an outrageous bill, or get cancer. I had one person in the billing department laugh at me when I got upset about the bill. I've been trying to contact the office manager and can't get a call back. The office staff in general are rude and uncaring. It's not like I asked to have something genetically wrong with me, I was born with genetics that put me at a very high risk of developing cancer and instead of looking out for my well being (and other patient's because I've heard I'm not the only one with this type of experience from her office) she is looking for a paycheck. Will never be going to see her again.

I had a good experience with Dr Lucidol. She explained what she found. I only wised she would have been more detailed about her findings. My Daughter is a Nurse Practitioner and when I told her she was surprised I was not given more details to my husband and myself. I do recommend her.

My experience was terrible. She was aloof, rude and not welcoming at all. She asked me why my doctor even referred me to her in the first place. I could not believe it, I was speechless. I had a colonoscopy in 2018 and she said why didn’t my doctor send me back to that person… Wow!

She has terrible bed-side manor, lacks listening and communication skills and doesn't follow up with her patients. My first appointment she was a half an hour late and only spend 10 minutes with me. She rushed through my procedure and blamed NSAID use for my digestive problems when I haven't had more than 8 Aspirin in my life and no other pain meds in 6 months. She also said my EGD and colonoscopy was normal but my discharge paper said otherwise. Plus the little advice she did give was incorrect

Dr. Mary Lucido took time to explain the health implications of my condition including the various treatment options. She was professional and very pleasant. It seemed like she genuinely cared. I would recommend her to friends and family. In addition, the other staff members were nice too. The wait was not long for me.
