Gold Standard Care and Protocols
Dr. Lavoie is a highly skilled surgeon and diagnostician. I was treated successfully through menopause but recently I presented as an unusual and complex case. The thoroughness Dr. Lavoie demonstrated was second to none and solidified my trust in her when directed to go immediately to the ER, then to a minor surgical procedure before determining a more invasive procedure was necessary. She assembled other specialists to be in the wings if needed during my major surgery, further demonstrating keen judgement and the ability to collaborate well with other surgeons. Dr. Lavoie is a healthy mix of compassion, sincerity, hilarious humor and quick wit, expert, up-to-date medical knowledge and surgical techniques. Her nurse Lisa is also amazingly caring, kind, knowledgeable and responsive. This is the best medical care I have received in many decades and I will be forever grateful to Dr. Lavoie and her team.

Dr Lavoie has been helping to assist with my care since I transferred to her after a rough surgery. She has been helping me manage my endometriosis and trying other options besides another surgery. She is sweet, funny, knows when I am in pain and truly understands. She had to miss an appointment with me and was sure to fit me right in the following week. Her nurse Lisa is a gem. She has called me to help book appointments for me. I can’t tell you enough about this team. I am so grateful to have them.

Dr. Lavoie is amazing. She is so warm and friendly. Feels like your best friend, but then when time comes is a fantastic knowledgeable doctor who wants to work with you to have your best birth experience. She's open to natural methods and doesn't push interventions. Shes talks with you about what is the best way for you and your baby to have a safe and happy childbirth. She is up to date on the latest technology and techniques as well. Seriously the best doctor! And her nurse is awesome too.
