I have been a patient of Dr. Carney's for years.She is a very god general practice physician, but when the going gets obscure or occurs extremely rarely in any doctor's practice, Dr. Carney admits a condition is beyond her experience in family medicine, and she then makes appropriate referrals. Some people might be annoyed by this approach, but I am not one of them.
