From the time of the consultation all the way through to my post-op appts., everyone in the office at Plastic Surgery Center of Nashville was so kind and helpful. I was able to schedule my surgery at a time that was convenient for me. I did not encounter any issues before or after surgery and I am so pleased with the results of my surgery.

Dr. Gingrass performed a breast explant, capsulectomy and lift to remove my 25 year-old implants. I am delighted with my results overall. I love my small, soft breasts, and I just feel healthier and more lean and athletic, which suits me better in my 50's. I am 10 weeks post surgery, and my scars are still healing, but I had no loss of sensation in my breasts, which was my primary concern (after having lost sensation in part of one breast after the implant surgery with another doctor 25 years ago). Dr. Gingrass and her staff are excellent, and they made me feel very comfortable during the entire process from my first call through my post operative care.

I contacted the Plastic Surgery Center of Nashville because I needed implant replacement. I had my original implants for twenty years. The physician who performed the first surgery has retired. Dr. Mary Gingrass was wonderful. She was professional, friendly, and listened well. I asked her to make a couple of small changes pertaining to the size and placement of my implants. Dr. Gingrass nailed it. I could not be happier with my results. Also, her entire staff was kind and always available to answer questions. My experience could not have been any better.

It was wonderful. Put me at ease

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gingrass. I wanted my breast implants removed because I was tired of them. Dr. Gingrass deflated them in office and I didn't feel a thing. My breast look better now than they have in a very long time. I may decide to have a lift done in the fall and if I do Dr. Gingrass will definitely be the one to do it. I am so happy and so is my husband, he was afraid of what I would look like but he is very happy with my results.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gingrass for some time now. Each surgery went well and was above my expectations!
