Receptionist Rude
This is not a review of the Dr., rather her poorly trained receptionist. I called to try to make an appointment with Dr. Dahl, as she was recommended by a good friend of ours who is a well known physician here on the peninsula. Kimberly, the receptionist, snapped ‘we are not taking any new patients’. I asked if she had other recommendations and she said a name. When I asked her to spell it she very curtly spelled it and said ‘you know I don’t have time for this. I have a lot a patients waiting in line.’ Exceptionally poor interpersonal skills and a very poor first impression for an office to have. Being rude is unacceptable.

Rude
I called, gave my name and asked if she were taking new patients. The gal on other end of phone, tersely said, “no she’s not taking any new patients.” I asked if she had any recommendations? She tersely again, “no she doesn’t do that” and then rudely said, “thank you, good bye” and hung up! If that’s how people are treated then I guess it’s a good thing she’s not receiving patients!!!!

I adore Dr Dahl- Scannell. She just saved my husbands life by biopsying a small mole and it was melanoma. She knew just where to refer us and is utterly compassionate. She is an amazing medical provider who opens her heart, then does things that are right.I tell all of my friends about her.She really is the best. She is not a cosmetic Dr but knows where to send you if that is what you want, she does not do plastic surgery. She will, however, help you with things that bother you like wierd.skin spots.
