When arranging for Moh’s surgery on the tip of my nose, I was told they would give me an anti-anxiety pill the day of. A week before the surgery,they said the prescription for the one pill-they would be called in.The day before the surgery they called to say Doctor would have to see me before prescribing the pill. I was at hospital with my daughter, who’s husband was having surgery so I couldn’t get there. Receptionist convinced me I would be fine with nitrous. On the day of the appointment, they called twice to postpone it by several hours. Doctor discussed which method to do – asking me my opinion?! We were there for 7 hours! I was told they were short-handed in the lab, so each “scrapping” took an extra long time & it took 3. The nitrous worked only in the beginning. Even after numerous numbing injections, the doctor hit a part that wasn’t numbed-the pain! The nurse went home and in her place was the receptionist! Now, after 7 months, I have two huge scars & a huge bump

I found Dr. Reed to be skilled and knowledgeable, patient and willing to take time to explain and answer patients. Her care for people was evident and her care in leaving me with minimal scaring was awesome. I highly recommend Dr. Reed to anyone needing the Mohs surgery.

Went in for a Mohs Surgery, staff from front desk to DR Reed was excellent. Procedure was explained well, and was taken care of at all times. Never felt rushed or not in the loop! Follow up for removal of stitches was smooth and easy!

Going layer by layer until no cancer cells were found. She is kind, thorough and the surgery was successful. Had it about 15 years ago. It did not come back.

Dr Reid and her staff maintain the confident, reassurance one needs when dealing with surgery. Their professionalism and skill was above and beyond my expectations. Facial surgery was handled with care and concern in an atmosphere of calmness and assurance.

We’ve been so pleased with Dr Christian-Reed. She’s kind, gives us information and is realistic to set expectations for outcomes. Also, we have never waited more than 5-10 minutes to be called back! That’s a big plus with a dermatology clinic!

This is my second Mohs procedure and Dr. Reed had removed the cancer on the first pass each time. With her careful sutures I have minimal scarring and the time she takes to work the suture into natural crease areas of your face helps blend your repaired area into the surrounding skin
