Dr. Bilotti wore a mask that did not cover her nose and only sometimes covered her mouth the entire appointment. A medical provider should really know how to wear a mask. Also I was charged an additional fee for a doctor's note to give to work. I don't trust a doctor that nickel and dimes their patients.

Dr Bilotti is wonderful! I went to her with foot pain that she confirmed from an orthopedic doctor...she was informative and caring .My pain is manageable when I follow direction and wear my inserts! She gets a 5star from me

I think she's great. Takes good care of my feet. She always takes time with my visit. I can always get hold of her or the office if I have any concerns.

Dr. Bilotti's unprofessional and immature behavior is inexcusable. She couldn't care less about the work she does. You will wait 50 minutes after your scheduled appointment to see her. She will then rush your entire appointment- but still make time to yell, degrade, point her finger, and undermine your intelligence. Although an older woman, she dresses, speaks, and acts like a gum-smacking teenager. The office was filthy, tools were ancient, and her behavior was an abomination.

Dr Bilotti is wonderful, and everyone on the staff is friendly and professional. I went in with horrible pain in my foot. She gave me an injection and WOW! I felt cured instantly. The injection wasn't fun but it made a tremendous difference. Since then, I have ordered Orthotics, inserts for my shoes.
