Dr. That truly cares
Dr Zoghbi saved my wife's life twice. He is the best Dr. ever. Patient, honest, does not always tell you what you want to hear. Always tells the truth. Truly amazing person who actually cares about his patients.

Dr. Zoghbi has been a great doctor, both pleasant and explanatory in practice. As for the front desk, I'm unsure what the problem was with the reviews indicating their lack of professionalism. I've dealt with different physicians in the past, and from my opinion, Dr. Zoghbi's front desk employees, and staff in general, have all been both kind and courteous with their assistance. I'm glad I selected Dr. Zoghbi as my medical provider and look foward to the continued care he and his office staff renders.

My husband got referred to Dr. Zhogbi by his mother, she is a regular patient of his. We have no problems with Dr. Zhogbi but we had a bad experience with the front desk clerk. She does not relay any sort of messages to Dr. Zhogbi. She also takes matters in her hands and tells the patients what to do without hearing their issues or complications with a medication. Again, she needs to let the Dr. know as a front desk clerk what is going on with his patients. We are not pleased with her. She is also very rude. I believe her name is Alyssa. The Dr. is great so far but his front desk help makes the experience a 1 rating for this office unfortunately.

I seriously injured my foot/calf and went to see Dr. Zoghbi by recommendation of a family member. The 2 hour wait time isn't so bad if you have ever been to our local hospital, that is actually a short wait. The problem is, he only partially diagnosed my injury, tried one thing to treat it that didn't work, then has ignored my calls to speak with him for almost 2 weeks now. The damage has gotten worse, I have been left in excruciating pain, lost 10 lbs last week from loss of appetite and constant sweating til I am drenched. I have no help, and I feel like his office staff is not relaying my messages. I have had too many near death experiences at kaweah delta to trust them with anything anymore and constant pain as a reminder and am left up a creek now unless I want to risk death again at this hospital as their staff has proven time and time again to be incompetent. I write this review not out of frustration or anger but to allow others to see the level of care I am recieving.

My husband and I were two of the first patients when Dr Zoghbi went into private practice. Over almost a year, we experienced constant issues getting his office to refill presciptions. He is never in so if you have an emergency forget about getting in to see him. He never addresses important medical issues. He is unreliable and to this day he doesn't even know our names. By far the worst physician we have ever met and we are near 60 years old.
