Oh man if I could give 0 stars I would…Nurses and doctors are slow and unprofessional, never pick up the phone when you wanna make an appointment and when they do they are RUDE - they make you wait for hours for a simple check up, rude ladies at the desk looks like they don’t like their jobs. Why study to be a nurse then? Worst clinic and insurance, Molina healthcare, never get involved with them is a waste of time.

My mom has been coming here for years.They disregard her concerns and are quick to tell her that they know better. She's had kidney pain for years and they've told her it's nothing. Recently her pain has gotten so bad she screams. I took her to an urgent care and they told her she should see a specialist that her kidneys aren't doing well. Now because of the so called doctor it might be too late to save her kidney. The receptionist is rude and appointments are made far away regardless of the severity. My mom has waited up to 4 hrs to see the doctor for just a few minutes. He forgets to prescribe medication and the pharmacy usually can't get ahold of them to get refills. My mom was told that her arthritis bus getting worse because she's an old lady. My mom's knees hurt and the Dr told her it's pain she just has to deal with for the rest of her life. Meanwhile the Dr got knee surgery because his knees hurt. No compassion here. Don't come here. Very rude staff

Worst staff ever never answer his patients calls . Patient is always struggling to get a hold of Dr. and when they finally answer they are rude and play tag with you on the phone , they will put you on hold on and off and pass to different lines. Very Unexperienced staff!

I took my daughter in the morning waited around 6 hours my daughter had a fever of over 102 i kept telling the receptionist they kept ognoring me finally i got upset told them if they dont see my daughter and if anything happens they we're going to be held responsible the dr came out checked her temperture it was high so they got her down to her underwear the dr. Said why didnt you say anything i said i was saying for over 4 hours nothing was done terrible team wait times are ridiculous dont go

I was thwre for my yearly checkup I was left in the room for 1 1/2 hr... the doctor flew in to the room like a bat out of *** he did my pap left the room and was not even gonna do a breast exam! I had to make him do it! the front desk receptionist young girl is very rude. the doctor was such in a hurry and rush his hair was flying up....this could lead to a medical mistake.
