Best Internal Medicine Specialist
I was diagnosed with cancer and Dr Gordon is probably the only doctor who really listens to me. He is incredibly compassionate and takes time with me. He has caught medical problems my cancer specialists have missed. I was a physician at a medical school before I got sick and I am amazed at his medical knowledge. I can’t recommend him high enough.

Incredible Doctor
Dr. Gordon has taken wonderful care of me for 17 years. I am a doctor and I know that he is an excellent physician and up to date on modern healthcare guidelines. He has caught several life-threatening illnesses but because they were caught early, I am doing fine. He is warm and friendly and takes time to listen. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gordon.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Gordon, and up until today we really liked him, but after today's appointment we are appalled. My husband had an appointment today to review his ultrasound results from 2 weeks ago. After getting checked in, my husband asked about the results and the nurse claimed the results were never received. She then went to go call them and said no one answered so she left them a message. Then BOTH SHE AND THE DOCTOR WENT TO LUNCH, leaving my husband in the room with no instructions or any sort of follow up. The poor lab technician tried to track them down but couldn't do anything, so my husband just had to leave. We're now waiting for someone from the office to hopefully call us back and possibly reschedule. The best part? The results are concerning whether he has a life threatening illness! I still cannot believe that they just left without any answers or asking for a follow up appointment. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!

I have been seeing Dr Gordon for 20 years. The practice has gone downhill. 1. Only availability 6 hours a day M-F. 2. No more bone density, mammograms, etc. 3. Bill pd at checkout & you wait for refunds. 4. I have 3 insurances, they will not file on the thertiary (Tricare for Life). All these changes have occurred in last 2 years. Enough! Looking for new doc!

Would not recommend. Staff is rude. My annual wellness visit and lab work would be covered at 100%, but this dr refuses to mark the paper work as “annual wellness” so they charge me a copay and charge me for lab work. When I told them my insurance pays 100% for wellness the girl at the desk said that the dr had listed multiple codes so I needed to be charged a copay. I am not sick, I do not take any medications, I am not I’ll. This practice bills patients for services covered by ins.

I went to Dr. Gordon for 10 years. He is very thorough and gets down to what is truly wrong when I've gone to him in the past. I stopped going to him because i ended up in the ER and once I called for a follow up the receptionist said it would take two weeks since I hadn't been there in a year. I told her he can access my results on the Baylor website and she still refused I was in extreme pain and come to find out I had a cyst that erupted. Since they refused to get me in asap I stopped going

Been going to Dr. Gordon for more than 15 years. Unfortunately he is more and more distant and I truly don't think he would recognize me if we passed on the street. Last visit I once again explained a chronic issue I've had for the last seven years and he acted like it was the first time he heard of it. Time to switch.
