Brief, uncanny he wrote discharge diagnosis as herniated disc. He must have x-ray vision, no exam no test just muscle relaxer and pain shot and sent home. Unless your in a life or death emergency go somewhere else.

Visiting the ER for the first time since moving here 4 years ago, I was very nervous - having come from a large east-coast teaching hospital environment. Dr. Smith was articulate and helpful when we saw him in the ER. The ER staff, including Rowena and Regina and the new guitar playing doctor (didn't get his name), could NOT have been more accommodating. At first, I was annoyed that we were there for 5.5 hours, but when I realized how much work they got done and how many results were read and analyzed and explained to us, I realized that they were actually very professional. Both docs went over my husband's condition after different tests and made good recommendations for the future. Even Jeremy, the CT guy was patient and answered all of our questions.

The first time he popped in, he was rude and pompous. When I mentioned that I hadn’t had a chance to share my whole situation, he made a sarcastic comment indicating that he didn’t believe a word I’d said. (Subsequently, a CT corroborated that I was accurate.) Worse yet, I witnessed him disparaging another patient to his coworker: “She’s been screaming for FOUR F—-ING HOURS!” Then he joked to the co/worker that they should place the lady in the parking lot, after which he laughed heartily. BAD!
