Does Dr. Crotts still work at this clinic?

I also work in the mental health field, and she is very good at explaining things to me at my level so that I understand everything, but she also doesn't talk down to me. She also puts value in my experience and my thoughts about what interventions I think I might need (if I feel a med isn't working, or may need adjusted). And when I am wrong in my thinking, she educates me in a way that helps me understand things well, and does so in a respectful manner. I've been seeing her for a bit under a year, but I've been very happy with her in that time.

Dr Crotts has worked with us for almost 8 years. Over the years I have found her to be consistent & well informed. She keeps up with the latest medications and implications of said medications. For us, she takes a conservative approach, understanding that I need my child's symptoms managed but I don't want her lethargic. She is calm and kind, yet knows when a little stronger more direct approach is needed. She reads people/situations quite well & proceeds accordingly. We trust her implicitly.
