Dr. Martha Bouchard, MD

Dr Bouchard is kind and thorough. She listens carefully and always gives me good advice

I was seeing Dr. Bouchard for close to 30 years. She is an OK doctor but as others have stated she tends to rush the appointment. The reason I gave her 1 star is because of the Corporation she works for. It is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone in the Dr's office. You can only talk to their answering service and most of the time they never call back. I tired using email on their Portal but they don't reply to that either. I had to physically drive to their office to speak to them. HORRIBLE!!! After 30 years I am finding a new Doctor.

A compassionate, honest, principled and thorough doctor and a lovely person. I'm surprised and saddened by several of the reviews here. Some doctors seem to think they are gods. Some patients think doctors are gods. Those doctors and patients are both wrong. Doctors are people. As doctors go, Dr. Bouchard is as competent and compassionate as I've ever known. I am blessed to have her as my doctor.

The medical equipment is Stone Age. She never has my chart and argues with me about my medical history. I was in the hospital for several days and saw her today for a UTI and she was clueless that I had a medical emergency (she is affiliated with the hospital) and claimed she had no records of my stay. She “found” the report on line and then blamed me for not having made the recommended follow-up appt. because if I had, she would have known about my hospital stay. She ignores warnings on reports

If you want a doctor who tells you like it is, Dr. Bouchard is for you. She takes the time to talk to you and you can ask as many questions as you need to. She is also a really nice lady.

Dr. Bouchard is strict with her patients. She doesn't prescribe unnecessarily but follows up with all necessary tests to get to the bottom of a difficult diagnosis.

After horribly failing to appreciate and diagnosis symptoms my grandmother was experiencing, and after failing to run a critical test on her blood, it was too late to do anything for her-- even though mere weeks before she passed away, Dr. Bouchard saw her and insisted everything was fine. But, to top it off, Bouchard stopped by my grandmother's wake just as the priest was leading a prayer, & incredibly disrespectfully, her cell phone rang while the priest was speaking. A terrible doctor/person.

Dr. Bouchard has been my Dr. for over 25 yrs. Her professionalism and dedication has always been impeccable.
