If I could give this amazing woman 20 stars I would. I looked for a new doctor for 3 years. I googled and used my insurance list over and over. January 2023 I found her. Based on the reviews I moved to Dr. Sarmiento. The best decision I ever made in medical for my little girls. She is above and beyond anyone’s expectations. A truly wonderful caring children’s doctor. All doctors should be like her. I was stuck with a no care doc for so many years . It was a complete struggle. If you’re in search of a fantastic doctor and they are taking new patients jump!! I feel my girls are cared for. I feel listened to for once. The front office Patty is wonderful too. When you need a referal it’s done… boom. I don’t have enough words to explain how happy I am here. If anything happened insurance wise and I had to change doctors I would change insurance to stay with her. For the parents that feel you’re not heard. You will be. Number one doctor ever!! Thank you Doctor Sarmiento so very much.

I own/operate a family day care in Irvine, CA. As it's just me running the business, when my daughters are ill; it's not easy to up to get them to physically be seen. Thru teledoc visits Dr. Sarmiento is able to see my girls via Facetime then discuss options for medical diagnoses. She was a huge help when the girls and I were visiting relatives out of state which ended up with us contracting Omicron Covid-19. Dr. Sarmiento was able to call in prescriptions for me as mine had turned into a sinus infection. Truly thankful for the teledoc ability!!!

Dr Marta Sarmiento has been our family pediatrician since our first daughter was born in 2015. Now we have 3 children and Dr Sarmiento has become an important part of our family’s health. Her genuine love for children and families shows through the exceptional way she cares for her patients. She’s been available and always provides immediate feedback both in person and virtually. We were out of the country for a few weeks and one of the kids got sick. We had the reassurance that we could reach her thru a virtual consultation and provided medical recommendations. Her staff has been amazing since day one. Patty is a wonderful nurse, incredibly helpful. So grateful for Dr Sarmiento’s professionalism and care for her patients.

Dr. Sarmiento has cared for our five children for the past 15 years. She and her staff are always available by phone, teledoc and in person to answer questions and schedule appointments quickly. The office is open late and on Saturdays. As my children have grown they continue to seek her medical guidance. It has always been reassuring as a parent to know I am able to get medical assistance quickly and efficiently. Dr Sarmiento’s calm demeanor is helpful for her patients and their parents. I remember 8 years ago when she called ahead to CHOC ER to say we were on our way with our 5 year old son who was suffering from croup. They took us in immediately when we arrived. I’ll always be grateful to Dr Sarmiento and her outstanding team.

Dr. Sarmiento is always available to help my children out when they are in need of a doctors visit. She sees all my children every single time and engages with them. My son loves to go to doctor visits. Our time there is always efficient and I walk away knowing my children got taken care of. I saw Dr. Sarmiento when I was a child and now I bring my children there, that is something so special.

We've been bringing our children here since they were born and are so happy to have found Dr. Marta Sarmiento. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming and keep the lobby and exam rooms clean. Dr. Sarmiento is very knowledgeable and calm and answers ever silly question we have professionally. I love the way she interacts with my toddlers and how understanding and informative she is with me. Both my daughters love her and trust her. She's gentle, kind and compassionate. She doesn't rush and is very thorough and welcoming. The office location is convenient. 100% recommend this office and Dr. Sarmiento.

Dr. Sarmiento is hands down the best Doctor my two little girls have seen. I am always more then willing to drive over an hour so my girls will be in safe hands. As a father it’s just a feeling you get when you know your kids are getting the best attention possible and I always get this feeling when my girls see Dr.Sarmiento. Recently My 6 year old daughter Tommy, was in a lot of pain. We did a FaceTime visit with Dr.Sarmiento who within two minutes diagnosed her and prescribed her ear drops for her swimmers ear. Inside of an hour my daughter Tommy was feeling better. You are absolutely wonderful Dr.Sarmiento, and I can’t thank you enough for all that you do for my girls. They don’t really care much for the Doctors they’ve seen in they’re young lives but Tommy and Alex adore you. Which means the world to Lisa and I.

There is no doubt that Dr. Sarmiento loves her patients and her profession. Her office will always do their best to fit you in for an appointment. I have never had a problem with them doing what they can to treat my children as fast as they possibly can. She has treated both of my children for years and takes the time at each appointment to give thorough answers. She is also connected to the well respected CHOC hospital and knows many specialists to help children outside of her office. I feel blessed to have found her.

I would absolutely recommend Dr Sarmiento to anyone that has children. Having had mostly negative experiences with other Doctors that seem to really not care Dr Sarmiento is a breath of fresh air. Finally someone I can trust and furthermore someone my kids can trust. This past ten days has been horrible as my daughter was very sick and ER was no help. She was starting to get worse and that’s when we decided to take her to Dr Sarmiento. Thank God we did. It’s been 24 hours and my daughter is doing so much better. I will gladly drive from Menifee to Orange. In my opinion the drive and whatever time it takes will be a small price. How someone can complain about waiting a while to see a doctor is beyond me, especially when it’s Dr Sarmiento that will be seeing your child. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much. I recently took my child to see Dr. Sarmiento for the first time and couldn’t have been more impressed. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Sarmiento was very kind and patient with my child. I will defiantly be bringing my child here for now on. Thank you Dr. Sarmiento

Dr. Sarmiento And her staff are excellent. They are extremely helpful and professional. I have always been able to make an appointment for illness/injury same day. One of the things that stuck out to me over the years is how compassionate the Doctor is and I have been seeing her for many years now for both of my daughters. She always goes out of her way to squeeze us in her schedule and makes us feel like family. Ive been able to page her over the weekend and she always returns my calls same day

Dr. Sarmiento has been our families pediatrician for over 7 years and we are so appreciative for her and her caring staff. I love that I can get same day appointments for my children when they are sick and that they are always accessible and caring. They even follow up to see how my children are doing when they are sick. I would highly recommend Dr. Sarmiento if you are looking for a doctor who is always available and ready to care for your children's medical needs.

Dr. Sarmiento has been my children’s doctor since 2004. I never thought about taking them anywhere else because the quality of care Dr. Sarmiento provides is so high, and she is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Her instincts are really good too and she and her staff have cared so well for my children over the years from a nasty dog bite to vaccinations, flu and respiratory ailments, yearly checks ups. Lovely office staff and time goes by quickly watching Disney movies !

Dr. Sarmiento has been my daughters and Sons pediatrician for the past 28 years. I know pediatricians usually stop seeing children once they reach like 21 or 22 years, but Dr. Sarmiento has never turned my daughter or son away even now when they are adults. She and her staff have always been very nice and professional and knew what they were doing. Dr. Sarmiento is the only one I would trust with my kids. I would and have recommended her to all my family and friends.

Dr. Sarmiento SAVED my daughter's LIFE! When other doctors were stumped on why she wasn't well, Dr. Sarmiento kept pushing and the result was emergency surgery. She's been our kids' pediatrician for their entire lives. My son is relatively healthy but my daughter's severely disabled and medically fragile. Dr. Sarmiento's VERY proactive ensuring the kids are healthy and ALWAYS sees my daughter immediately if there's any sign of illness, as even a simple cold can land her in the ICU. Outstanding!

I do not recommend this doctor she is very robotic like. I switched because she takes forever to see you and no longer opens on Saturday and honestly the only reason I was with was her schedule she was open until 7pm that is gone as am I. Her office recently called me because I switched doctors and was trying to tell me who I could see and who I could not. Last time I checked I have rights and I can see whatever doctor I decide to see.

Terrible!!! She made me wait for more than 2 hours last month!!! Why give an appointment when you can't handle the patients?? She clearly is aiming just the money part....doesn't care for the children's health! Maybe she was having a bad day but she was very rude during my last visit. Don't be in the profession when you can't handle sick kids being around you!!

This place is a joke. I asked the receptionist and billing department to explain the bill that I received for a visit (which literally lasted for a few mins) when I saw that it was ridiculously overpriced. The staff just simply said that they were unsure of how the billing procedure works and that the doctor was in charge of determining the costs. I found this really inappropriate because as a patient, I have the right to know how much a visit or procedure costs.
