Could not even get to see the Dr.The staff is rude,will not return calls.Very unprofessional. After many calls,talking to staff,after a week,of no call backs.I got a appointment with a real Dr's office,with in hrs.This was the worst place I ever dealt with.

Merimell ruined it all!
First Impressions: Elizabeth and Tina were very nice to me. I was told my co-pym was $100 I said no, it should only be $45. I was calm, not angry and was polite. However, the attitude of this person, who did not introduce herself but was later told her name is Marimel (could be misspelled), was uncalled for and unacceptable. I have been in customer service for over 40 years and it saddens me to see that the bad staff reviews that I read for this office are true. Dr. Marta is being done a dis-service by having such a non-caring, harsh, 'couldn't care less' individual working for her! This individual completely dismissed the fact that I had a Health First representative on the phone who was verifying the information that I was presenting! Then to be told, "Well, we are Not a network provider for Health First!" Sarcastic, non-empathically, jaded person. A total waste of time. I was told they did take Health First Ins. I shouldn't have to ask if they are In Network also.

She is a good Dr but my negative experience with the office is the same as some as other patients that was noted earlier on this sight, I was seen in an ER and admitted, I was there for one week, the DR told me that I need to see my Primary Care DR upon discharge, my calls to the office went unanswered, my husband also tried to no avail one week after discharge and no response from the office I physically went to the office, I was given a tele-health appointment but was never contacted on the day of my appointment. I contacted my insurance company and was given the name and number of another physician. Sorry to leave a good Dr, but attention needs to given to what is going on in the front office.

I was referred to this office by my insurance but could never get through the front office. Answering machine recording said they were closed for independence day, 5 days after independence day. Left a message, finally they called back 2 days later saying they need to check on my insurance first. Still no call !!!! Good thing I didn't need a doctor immediately. I am moving on, not worth the hassle. Shame on you front desk !

great so far,had some trouble contacting about a prescription number of pills prescribed was missing,but she is a really good person i hope to be going to her as long as i can drive,i am 76 years young so i have to take my health seriously as does the doctor

I have been her patient for years. Was told to followup with her after ER visit. Can’t get anyone to answer phone. Left 5 messages & haven’t received a call back after a week. I changed doctors. Been meaning to anyways. Two hour minimum wait time. Low confidence in care.

Dr. Herrera-Soto has been THE BEST primary care physician I have ever experienced. She listens and cares. She is not judgmental or condescending like many other doctors. I feel she sees me and others as the humbled, hard working, honest peoplewhen we come to her for help. That is comforting and healing on a level an education can’t give a person. I wet to see Dr. Herrera and she prescribed me a cream for my skin. Unfortunately, the cream was too expensive for me to get. I called her office and spoke to her and she sent another cream that was much more affordable for me almost immediately to the pharmacy! She was very quick and thanks to that my condition got much better!

I love seeing Dr. Herrera! I had to wait a little more than expected for my last appointment, but the wait is definitely worth it! Dr. Herrera really takes the time to listen to what I have to say, where as other doctors would just try to get me out as soon as they could. I guess that explains why I had to wait to see her. I could tell that she genuinely cares about my wellbeing; she always asks about my mom who is sick and my wife.

Dr Martha Herrera is a great Dr, very friendly, knowledgeable and she listened to the patients and gives time for pts to make question questions that she will answer very satisfactory. The manager of the office is useless, rude, doesn’t have manners to treat the customers, the waiting room is always packed of Pt waiting for more that 2 hours, without any body bothering for an explanation or coordination of the overload.

The office and rooms are very clean. The staff is extremely helpful. Wait time is usually only 10-15 minutes. Dr. Herrera-Soto is extremely kind and compassionate, and truly LISTENS to her patients.She is very good about keeping up with labs, depending on what medicine you are on. They also offer free lab draws on Tuesday mornings. I would definitely recommend her very highly. She's one of the best Primary Physicians I've been to.

Horrible expience, will never go back to that office much less take a dog there. Had a appointment and waited 2 hours. Was scheduled for another appointment and the receptionist says I don't have an appointment even though I have the appointment card in my hand.

Dr Herrera is a great doctor. She takes the time to listen to your problem. I just think the staff needs improvement. Waiting for hours is ridiculous. Stop scheduling so many patients at the same time.

Horrible unprofessional doctor who doesn't care about her patients nor to hear your problems. and don't try to tell her that a medication she puts you on doesn't work or that you want to up the dose because it doesn't work. She will dismiss you and not seevyou again. And then won't release your record to other doctors willing to actually help you.
