Concerns ignored Staff is stressful to deal with will do opposite or ignore your concerns completely Longer term patients are toyed with /nurse practitioner is rude and impossible to deal with literally will roll his eyes at you cut you off & give his opinion without an tests to back it up his opinion After a certain time Dr won't see you puts you with rude practioner Staff will refuse to let you make appointment with actual Dr no matter what your concerns are inaccurate documentations

Hi Dr chagua, It is always my pleasure to see you and your fabulous staff. I've been with you for more than a decade. I can't possibly imagine seeing a another doctor. It would break my heart. You are the best Dr. In louisville. If possible I called your office yesterday for a refill on one of my pain prescriptions but so far I have not heard from anybody. He really does want his patients to get well and stronger. He not only treats physically, he wants to make sure you’re a “whole” person again with a healthy outlook and he listens to you.

Dr. Chagua is really a good doctor and cares but the staff he employs (now 2nd or 3rd group of different ladies in the office) are just rude, incompetent, and liars. To be called 2 times to re-schedule my appointment is fine, to tell me to wait for refill to my prescription until doc can see me is fine also to some extent but when I am out of medication and the staff won't re-schedule my appointment or refill my prescription without speaking to the doctor for days is absurd. Do they not see him? Are they forgetting or are not able to provide him with notes they take during the day/s? In the morning I am told he is at another location, in the afternoon that he is with patients and will help after 5 pm. For over, a week now I've been given the runaround and yes I call multiple times a day when they tell me they will call me and never do. I am getting on my own nerves by now and not just theirs but for god's sake do your job or tell me to get lost since you don't want me as a patient.

Wouldn't make another appointment simply due to his office staff.

Dr.Chagua is BEST.he listens my problems very well,always make best decison for me. I trust HIM. Never will change him...

I am sorry to report that I am looking for a new MD. Dr Chagua or his office does not and will not return calls. I had labs done with no reports until I and my husband made repeated calls over a three week period. Now my medicine has not be called in to pharmacy for a refill. My health can not afford Dr. Chagua.

Hi pays more attention on clients problems And care about their safety immediately. He listens all problems very well. I like his services the best.

Dr. Chagua is a very knowledgeable and humble person. If you are honest with him he will be honest with you. Doctor's alone can't treat patients and we sometimes fall short of trusting our medical professionals. Treating a patient is a mutual 2 way process. I can strongly say that i trust Dr. Chagua to make the best medical decision for me.
