Less than impressed
I think he was in our ER room for literally 30 seconds the first time to attend to my young daughter. Terrible bedside manner and appeared to have no compassion. When asked if my daughter should be tested for Covid, RSV or flu, (we had already tested for Covid at home) he looked at me like I was crazy. I was just trying to be proactive with regards to keeping other people in my family safe from exposure. This is the second times in 1.5 years that I have had to be in the ER with a child and have yet to to be even in slightly impressed/satisfied with the ER staff. St. Luke's could really use some help in this department! Especially given that they have a Children's Hospital on site, their pediatric ER practices are HORRIBLE! Glad to be moving out of state soon to an area with better (and more) medical care.

1 star is being more than generous. Dr. Trainer literally couldn't have cared less. Zero compassion. Zero bedside manner. Zero empathy. Accused my father of catching covid due to his own carelessness. Was rude and had no problem questioning my father's mask and hand hygiene habits in a blatant, accusatory manner. Is Dr. Trainer there to provide medical care or belittle patients? He seems to have his role there reversed. We will not be returning to the St. Luke's health system if this is the quality of care they provide.

Dr. Trainer was amazing. He diagnosed my daughter with the right problem after she'd been blown off by many other doctors and has spent over 3 weeks in the hospital. Thanks to him my daughter is still alive.
