Dr. Marlene Bultemeyer, MD

She was the first neurologist my son has had who acknowledged that Keppra rage is a real thing. She suggested adding B6 to his meds and it made a world of difference. Her NP, Pam McMaster is also wonderful. Very responsive and personally follows up with us when we need something.

She was excellent. A straight shooter and even though she was unable to assist me, I have tremendous respect for her and would certainly see her again if I had a different neurological issue.

Caring and compassionate doctor. Very knowledgeable about my condition and eager to ensure there are no other underlying conditions.

I started going to Dr Bultemeyer over three years ago for chronic migraine, and she is fantastic. The only doctor that made my migraines almost nonexistent. I was having 16-20 a month. Now I have 3-4 a month. They are also more tolerable, and I have a backup med for the breakthrough headaches. Have recommended already and will continue!

Dr. Bultemeyer is up to date with treatments and takes amazing care of her patients. She is so compassionate and kind!

Dr. Bultemeyer is very thorough and knowledgeable. She has been the only doctor who took the time to figure out the root cause of my headaches and prescribed the correct treatment. It’s obvious that she cares for her patients and she loves what she does. She is an excellent doctor!

I have struggled the last 12-18 months with sudden onset of horrible headaches, memory issues, slower comprehension and change in cognitive function. I saw her 2x and there was a lot of signals or non verbals like rolling eyes she I told her my symptoms…. She tried 2 medications and ordered a blood draw and that is it! Her nurse Angie is horrible and will not return your call and document fraudulently she did! Bultemeyer let me go because of poor patient doctor relationship. I never got anywhere bc her nurse wasn’t telling her I called and Nothing got addressed and Angie had no consequences even though the CEO was involved! Even the CEO LIED to me about saying he was doing things and he wasn’t!

I received straight answers and good advice with good follow up.

Originally went to DR Bultemeyer For a memory issue, and in the process had a sleep study done. The sleep study was done in OCT.2020 . study went poorly and started the process of getting a new cpap machine. Their have been numerous administrative mess up it is now JAN 11 2022 and still no cpap machine. called nurse today and was given a number to call about the machine ( this is what they call management of my sleep apnea) I did call the number the nurse gave me and when i did was informed the original order was no longer valid and that orders are not valid after 6 months. Sure seems to me like i have been getting for 15 -16 months. One thing is for sure no one has been talking to the suppliers .

Superb! Very professional but also very warm and compassionate. Dr. Bultemeyer listens and drills down to discover your exact needs and symptoms so she can prescribe the correct treatment, not just the most expedient. Your visit will be as long as it needs to be, never cut short. She has our highest recommendation!

Best doctor I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen a lot. She has a great reputation for a good reason. Office is pleasant and timely. Dr. Bultemeyer is so intelligent and knowledgeable but she’s also very empathetic. You won’t be written a prescription and pushed out the door at this office. She is thorough and her staff is great about getting your medications at the lowest possible cost. Highly recommend.

I have never met a more professional, gentle, thorough, caring, fun, personable doctor. She considers my physical as well as emotional health. Explains everything so easily and anticipates my anxiety. She takes as much time as I need and no question is too silly. I almost look forward to my visits with her!! The staff is sweet, and her nurse is a sweetie.

Reviews can be confusing. Often you see great feedback and then terrible feedback, and that can leave you wondering which set of people to believe. I hope this one helps (apologies for the length). My mom suffered a small stroke two years ago. After, she started seeing Dr. Bultemeyer and she (the doctor) was great! She suggested therapy that would help, as well as referred us to a neuropsychologist that could help us determine if the dementia that followed the stroke was the result of the stroke itself or something more serious. On subsequent visits, Dr. Bultemeyer also took time to discuss with my mom her emotional health and took as much time as we needed to talk about her condition. Fast forward… On Labor Day weekend, my mom suffered a large stroke (we were told it was moderate at the hospital, but we were corrected later by another doctor). She was admitted to the hospital. The next day she was doing great in the morning, but in the afternoon, she took a turn for the wors

Every visit Dr has been very kind and I understanding. She persisted till we found a treatment that works. Highly recommend.

My son went to her for help with seizures. She was rude at best. Then he moved & failed to give his new address until 6 months later. As soon as he went to the BMV to update his address, he didn't get a bill for the $81 left for after insurance paid the rest, he received a notice to appear in court to now pay $1300! He called to try to take care of the bill & they refused saying he was responsible for the entire $1300. Plus, no diagnosis, just a pill to control the seizures! Terrible people!

She was very nice and explained the issues carefully and the next steps very well. The staff from scheduling to nursing to check out was rude and acted like we were disturbing them. They were not able to tell me exactly where to go, just go to the third floor, for example. The check in person was friendly and the tech who did the pre visit work up in the room was nice. The rest were rude.
