Dr. Mark Zoller, MD

I walked in to my appointment 20 minutes early. They took me back almost 10 minutes before my scheduled time. He examined me and didn’t miss checking anything! He reviewed all my recent lab work as well as each of my medications. He found a couple of things and gave me referrals as well as sending new referrals to my existing specialists. In total, he spent about 30-40 minutes with me. I never felt like he was in a rush to move on.

Dr. Zoller is caring, sensible, thoughtful and smart. He is an excellent diagnostician. I have trusted him with my care for many years.

I have been seeing Dr Zoller for 30 years. I wish all of the doctors I have come in contact with were half as caring and professional as him. What a great credit to his profession!

Recently I used portal about some concerns received a call almost as soon as I pressed send. The office got me in to see him that same morning. As usual, he was on time, patient as I explained my concerns - he never interrupts you - and examined the problem area. This describes how all my appointments with him have gone over the past 30 or so years. While he has traveled to many locations throughout Jacksonville, his manner, professionalism, and quality staff have remained the same. The only change had been his medical knowledge which has grown over the years. Only twice has a diagnosis originally stumped him, but within minutes he had the solutions . But the greatest answer he gave me to my elevated sugar and excess weight was “ You are smart enough to overcome this with diet and exercise to never have to go on insulin. He repeated this statement 2 more times during that visit. He was right. That was in 1990 and now in 2023 I have never had an A1C over 5.2.

I'm 75 years old and have been seeing Dr Zoller for 25 or 30 years. As he has twice moved farther from my home in the Regency area, I have considered switching to a Dr closer to home, but I can't. He is very personable and an excellent diagnostician, and always elicits questions and always takes time to listen, maintaining a consistently warm but professional manner. I just hope he doesn't retire before I die. Of course I highly recommend him and all of his staff.
