I was on Medicaid at the time I was referred to Dr. Zachary. My pain doctor referred me and I believe he didn't want me to know that it was his fault that this had happened due to injections. I had Avascular Necrosis of the ball of my hip which caused it to collapse. Dr. Zachary didn't measured my leg properly for the hip replacement, so it was 1/4 to 1/2 longer. I had a painful recovery and 5 yrs later it still is painful and my back is in constant pain because of the leg being longer.

I originally saw Dr Zachary 3 years ago with a broken ankle that required 2 surgeries to repair. I was delighted at that time to get efficient, professional service from a warm, caring doctor and have fully recovered. I now went to see Dr. Zachary for what an MRI showed to be bursitis inflammation in my hip which he treated with injection showing overnight results. I highly recommend his expert care to my family and friends.

Dr. mark Zachary has done the impossible for me. After a auto accident I was left with pain and discomfort for about 6 months. I was referred to his office for a rotator cuff tear in my right shoulder. I was later informed I now have frozen shoulder due to scar tissue build up. He injected cortisone in my right shoulder along with 2 months of P.T. Although I still needed my mobility and range of motion, so Dr. Mark Zachary recommended M.U.A. surgery and I am happy with the results . Thank you.

Dr. Zachary Replaced my left knee two and half years ago and he did an amazing job . I was able to walk two miles per day two months after my surgery. A year later I went back because I had a problem with my right knee , and he replaced my right knee also. Again three months later I was able to walk without any pain. So here I am today over two years after the surgery. I walk three miles every morning, play golf go to the gym and feeling great. I strongly recommend Dr. Zachary.

Dr Zachary is wonderful. He us not the typical orthopedic specialist who rushes into surgery. He stresses exercise and alternative methods when appropriate. He took care of my knee injury quickly and practicality. He is also a realist; he doesn't promise miracles, but recognizes limitations honestly. I had seen him several years ago when I broke my ankle, and was very impressed, so he was my first choice for the current problem. I recommend him highly. His office is efficient and friendly.

I went to see Dr. Zachary for the first time on December 2nd and was very impressed with his professionalism and the fact that he took the time to explain my situation with my knee. He gave me the pros and cons of my situation and in the end suggested surgery which I feel very comfortable with him doing. I would recommend D. Zachary to anyone who has a problem with their knee and from the one visit that I had with him so far, I have a lot of faith in his expertise. Phenomenal staff!!

Dr. Zachary is very good. I met a woman at physical therapy that had been misdiagnosed for months. Dr. Zachary diagnosed me correctly on the first visit. Also, I am terrified of needles. He gave me a steroid shot, and it was painless! Everyone I've talked said how extremely painful steroid shots are, I was extremely pleased that there was no pain. The staff was very friendly.

Regarding my July 7, 2016 unpleasant experience with Dr Zachary's staff, I thought I'll give him a 2nd chance to see me for the 1st time, so around July 30, 2016, I made an appointment to see him at September 7, 2016 only to have his office call me on the COB day in advanced to cancel the appointment because of the review I gave his staff - so the unprofessional conduct of his staff continues; but I am sure he is a great guy. NOT!

After suffering for years with shoulder pain due to extensive tennis and other racket sports, I consulted two orthopedic surgeons including Dr. Zachary. I found Dr. Zachary very knowledgeable with my situation, took the time to explain the seriousness of my rotator cuff tear and the biceps tear, used a model to show me exactly what needed to be done. He was even kind enough to check on me following surgery. Dr. Zachary is a professional who enjoys treating patients to see them get better.

Dr Zachary is a straight forward doctor; he will tell you what your options are and give you a clear explanation of what you can expect from treatment or surgery. If you don't want the truth, don't waste your time talking to him. -- Dr Zachary is one of my favorite doctors. He has replaced both my knees and successfully rebuilt my rotary cuff. I have recommended him to family and friends; and, I would not consider another Orthopedic Surgeon.

I went to Dr. Zachary for my knee. He was very nice and personable. He listened to what I had to say then examined my knee. From his physical examination he told me what he expected it to be but we would wait for the MRI for the final diagnosis. He was totally correct. He knew from the hands on exam and his experience. At surgery he came to visit and put me totally at ease. Everything went well and I am now on the mend. I would go to him again.

Dr. Mark Zachary is top notch. I first met Dr. Zachary in 2004, upon a recommendation from my business partner. Dr. Zachary explained the findings and needed procedure in not only a thorough manner, but one I could understand. His calm nature set my mind at ease as we explored various treatments prior to my total left knee replacement in 2011. I was so pleased with his work, I had him proceed with my right knee shortly thereafter. I feel fortunate to have encountered such an amazing surgeon.

I was having considerable pain in my left knee. Dr. Zachary gave me a series of 3 natural gel shots and removed fluid from my knee. That was in the summer of 2015. I am now able to walk on long walks, ride my stationary bike, and live a normal life with no pain to my knee at all. I call him my miracle doctor. I would highly recommened him to anyone who needs to see an orthopedic surgeron.
