Move on
Dr. Wright Is in the wrong profession. For someone who is a mental health professional he comes off as the most bitter and uninterested person you will meet. He is exactly the opposite of what mental health professionals should be. He is unprofessional, uncaring, and it’s sad to think he is supporting patients. If you are a Kaiser patient and are assigned Mark I would ask for a referral to someone else. I wouldn’t waste your time and this is coming from someone who has a patient for a year.
