Dr. Mark Welch graduated from the New York Medical College and served for thirteen years in the U.S. Army Medical Corps. He completed a residency in Dermatology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery at Brooke Army Medical Center.
