Dr. Wang was friendly and forthright about the complexity of my case. He provided treatment options for both the short and long term as my condition is degenerative. I sincerely appreciate his empathy, respect and professionalism. His expertise was apparent yet he presented with grace instead of arrogance. Dr Wang and his staff at the Novacare Complex took great ownership in caring for me. Although I didn’t feel a warn and bubbly experience in our initial appointment, he was direct in a course of treatment. Dr Wang was extremely personable and thorough in my follow up consult. Glad to have avoided surgery! The ladies at the front desk as well as X-Ray Tech and girls escorting me back were super friendly. A huge shout out to Anthony who casted me - very considerate, friendly, and knowledgeable - as well as Dana, office manager. Dana took the time and care to explain the billing services, apologized for the long wait, and buttoned up their coding discrepancies along with great communication with my care givers.

Initially everything was OK. But I had a slight complication based on a pre-surgery EKG and they stopped responding. No calls returned - no messages answered. A final question about anesthesia was answered by a call from a woman asking ' so you want to cancel?' Not originally, but Yes! Now I do!I had to move on to a new Dr. at Penn.

All of the health workers were courteous and helpful. Dr. Wang walked me through every step of the procedure and was very communicative.

I saw dr Wang because I fell and hurt my rest. I was in so much pain and I was worried it was broken. Dr Wang was amazing and sat my mind at ease. He was very personal and had lots of patience . Took the Time to answer all my questions. Dr Wang had performed surgery on my other rest 8 years ago when I broke it. He is an excellent surgeon and I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Wang and his staff take good care of me. My 2 carpal tunnel release surgeries were successful and there are no scars! I've continued to see him for thumb arthritis, and I know I can always contact them if I have any questions.

I have a a very complicated hand problem. My regular surgeon was not available, and Dr. Wang was able to see me immediately. From. check in. to check out the experience was awesome. Terrific care. I was seen promptly and given excellent advice which saved me from having a procedure. I reached out with an email and had a response in a 1/2 hr on a Sunday night.

I have been with Dr Wang for 3 surgeries (2 Carpal Tunnels, and 1 DeQuervain release) and scheduled for my 4th! He's an excellent surgeon and you have to look hard for the incision scars. They're almost invisible. Best of all, no more pain! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
