Staff very friendly and upbeat. Easy to talk to, everyone seems to care about us as patients.

Excellent customer service. Excellent team of providers who answer all questions in an unhurried manner. Well scheduled personalized treatment plans. Great nurses and techs. Phlebotomist who greet all with a hopeful smile, humor or genuine care. Top facility well contained with staff in different departments such as Financial assistance. Chemo and radiation with professional staff training info. Wig and cookbook items free to patients. The chemo infusion room is superb with about 35 pore and caregivers while staff is well staffed with even an oversight person double checking chemo meds for each patient. While infusion takes about three hours there are snacks for clients while taking their treatment. A very busy place daily but everyone is schedule who come from even afar. Quite impression. Sort of a cancer Mayo Clinic in Columbia , Mo. cannot say enough about speed. Professionalism and staff knowledge. Thank you thank you Raymond J Molina & sis Carmen Fast

My visit is always excellent.I always feel I have been taken care of by the doctor.

Dr. T is honest, direct and on top of the newest approaches in his practice. He has his practice well organized and all the staff are friendly, helpful and comforting as well as encouraging.

Every time I am there I feel like I am treated like a friend instead of a patient

I was impressed with the doctor's knowledge of wanting to know how this may have occurred due to genetics. How he was going to send the lump to California to see what type of cancer. How I would have to do radiation over chemotherapy due to my Multiple Sclerosis. He made me feel more comfortable starting this new journey.

It was very good and he was immediately concerned how much pain and distress I was in.

He connects with his patients (at least from my perspective) with spiritual commonality - invoking calm, faith and trust.

Doctor is very good about keeping track of where my cancer is. Sometimes I'm not sure whether hes really listening to me or not. Sometimes it seems like he brushes off some of my concerns

Dr. T took time to explain my situation and treatment very clearly to me and also to my family, who were on a conference call in another state. He is concerned about his patients as people, not just about their disease.

Dr. Tungesvik has been my oncologist for 12 years. He is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. My last appointment was my first with Dr. Tungesvik's Nurse Practioner Mung. She is also knowledgeable, professional and personable.

Dr. Tungesvik and Nurse Jennifer are truly exceptional people. I absolutely loved by medical oncology team. Dr. Tungesvik prayed with me at my request. He answered questions—and prayers. Nurse Jennifer was so patient and calm. They did everything to make me feel well (physically, mentally, and emotionally) at every point. In an otherwise awful time of my life, the people I met at Missouri Cancer Associates—infusion nurses too—were such a blessing.
