Dr. Troxler was the only physician that I saw this year that could identify my thyroid problem. With my lab results he was able to immediately start me on medication. I feel great!

My family and I all use Dr. Troxler. He saved my husband's life when he was diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Troxler called the cancer doctor immediately and got him an appointment the same day. Because of Dr. Troxler and his wonderful staff, George is still alive today.

Husband was diagnosed with eye cancer by best opthomolgist and needed clearance for surgery. Troxler would not do that and he knew best. Found a new doctor, but delayed surgery where time is of the essence. Finally, getting the test for clearance but 2 weeks wasted because of Troxler. He has no staff...so no help there. You are on your own. Never go to this guy. The worst experience ever had with a doctor.

Does anyone work here anymore?!?! No one EVER answers the phone no matter when you call. It goes to an answering system and if you're lucky, you'll get a call back in 24-48 hours. Long waits when you do finally get a hold of someone. I rarely need to see a Dr outside of routine checkups, so I picked the HMO at work. I will definitely be seeking a new PCP!!!

Dr. Troxler has no ability during the day to talk to ANYONE. I have called 4 times in the past 24 hours to get a RX refilled and reset an appointment with NO RESPONSE. I had an appointment that I had to cancel last week, so he literally holds your RX's hostage. He asks for you to come back way too often, every 2-3 months, with zero change in RX's or diagnoses.

Dr. Troxler and the clinic are excellent. They always have time to see me the same day i'm sick. My previous yearly labs were abnormal so they immediately referred me to a specialists. The clinic and Dr. Troxler saved my life. My entire family sees him now.

My teenage son had what we thought was a cold, but after some really scary days, we took him to Dr. Troxler to check him out. He got the quick scan of ears, lungs, nose, throat and the simple "ah just a little sinus infection" cop out. Here we are a week later and zero improvement. I'm no doctor, but I can tell you that given his symptoms this is a blatant mis-diagnosis. It's sad that our insurance plans dictate the doctors we can use, but worse is this guys lack of care for patients/job.

Zero bedside manner. He's like a robot. Am always put on hold for longer than 15 min when I call for an appointment. I'm a healthy 79 year old and only need an annual check up. When I did call for an appointment because of sciatic nerve pain, he refused to see me, then refused to give me a referral. When I tried to make an appointment in order to get a referral and also get an appointment for annual checkup, the office person hung up on me. I have never been treated so poorly.

First, this guy has the worst bedside manner ever. Second, he was in a big hurry and didn't listen to my concerns. Thirdly, he completely missed my diagnosis. If i would have listened to his advice it would have killed me. I am presently under the care of a competent hematologist who was shocked by Troxler's poor care. I do not recommend seeing Troxler for your health care needs.

Incredibly poor bedside manner and complete lack of care to the point of malpractice! I am 29 and had a pulmonary embolism in Feb. and an unexplained faint in Sept, I needed to establish a patient relationship with Dr. Troxler in order to be referred to specialists for further testing. He ignored my concerns, stated I will just stay on the blood thinner forever and that my fall needed no further evaluation. When I expressed my concerns he did nothing so I left the appointment completely.

It missed my diagnosis completely. If I would have relied on Troxler's recommendations it would have killed me. The guy has the worst bed side manner, never listens and was in too much of a hurry to care for anyone.

Dr. Troxler is a bit pompous and which matched his poor bed side manner. Seems like he just wanted to get me in and out as fast as possible. He is not someone I can trust to provide reliable health care. He made zero arrangements for follow up care either. I have since gone to another doctor who is actually following my care and has taken a much greater interest in my condition. Dr. Troxler is a one visit wonder.
