Dr. Strazisar is wonderful, but his staff does not appear to care about patient care. A necessary prescription has been delayed for 3 days, despite calling when Dr. Strazisar was in the office. I called over 3 days with assistance of a professional support, but staff did not seem compassionate, nor did they seem to want to find a resolution to the issue; however, 3 potential solutions were suggested by myself, all of which were turned down. Either no follow-up call was made, or responses from staff were curt and rushed.
