Skilled and knowledgeable. Well read and finds the best way forward in providing care. Long ago, I had breast cancer. He found it very early. I’m still alive n kicking. Got to see grandchildren and be a part of their lives.

Mark Skees is well known in Norfolk and is like the old-timey family doctor who listens, doesn’t rush, and treats you like an individual not a number. I trust him and his staff and have been a patient for many years. It takes a while to get something elective like a physical scheduled, but if you have a more urgent need they can get you in pretty soon.

Been going to Dr. Skees for over 23 years. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor. His staff is exceptional as well.

Dr. Skees was by far the best Family Medicine doctor that I have seen in my adult life. He is knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. I moved from the area to Denver in late 2013, and have yet to find a doctor the caliber of Dr. Mark. Most want t move you and move you out....keep the money coming in...I even had one organization say that I could only have one issues considered during a visit. I would have needed to schedule another appointment to speak about an additional concern. (For real!!)

Would not recommend. Not only was he rude and obnoxious, but he refused to treat me. When I told him that I had wasted my time, he responded with, "well you wasted my time too!". What a jerk! I came in there with serious issues and because I've been suffering tremendously with anxiety. He told me my other Dr. was probably treating me properly, just not giving me what I what I wanted. It was a waste of my day and I had to bring my child with me. Them they still charged me for the Dr. visit

I love Skees 7 Miriam (the FNP) and am more than comfortable with the care they provide. However, there is a woman at the front desk who I see at check out who needs some "help". She is rude and abrupt--she makes me feel that I am interrupting her when I'm trying to leave and settle. I also recently called to get an appointment for my daughter. Miriam had said she is more than welcome. When I called to schedule the appointment, this person said they were not accepting any new appointments. UGH!
