DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR FOR A MEDICAL MARIJUANA RECO. I was treated like some kind of a criminal ever since I did and I have also been asked to take addition out of pocket blood tests during the covid pandemic for not smoking or buying enough. Im prity sure theyre putting visine in the urine of people they dont like. They showed no care or compassion even with the up coming legalization . I was constantly mocked and harrassed about personal things like my hair or clothes. Ive never seen an office so backwards and negative. They didnt even have computer scripts for the pharmacy. They are absolutely limited.

Worst office manager and doctor I've seen in over 23years .The office manager called the police and stated I broke into their office and attempted to swindle me out of $$ when my bills were fully paid. The manger refused to talk to Medicare over 3x when we called and the Doctor knowingly abides to her decisions upon how I should be treated the OYI NJ Medical Review Board Medicare Springfield Police Linden P O. and the V.A. hospital will and has investigated or will investigate all dates and phone & video recordings made for the past 5 months this Doctors office has denied my medical records request. I've had to visit the emergency room 3 x since September because of their inactive results. This doctor also stated derogatory racial and religious statements to me in the past and had the audacity to claim my urine contained a methadone substance in the lab report & knowing fully well it didn't when I ask to see the report and not trust his word. This was his test .

If you need of a NJ Medical Marijuana card think twice before going to this MD unless you afford him. Unfortunately, I had a bad financial experience. When I called to make the appointment I was told by Arlena, the office manager, that the cost would be 225.00. I was told to pay 25.00 in advance as a "booking fee" using my debit card, and the office visit would be 200. cash. I was NOT informed at the time of the initial call with Arlena that I would be required to book 3 ADDITIONAL appointments which cost 175.00 each BEFORE I would be able to apply for the MM card. (I would NEVER had agreed to pay a total of 750.00 to get a MM ID card) I was under the assumption this was my only required visit. I had paid upfront 200. and was in the examining room when the MD told me about these requirements according to NJ MM law. My prescription anxiety meds work, I just was hoping for something to help me get off of them. I truly feel I threw away 225.00. I wasted my time and my money.

I absolutley LOVE Dr. Schoenfeld. He not only helped me with my migraines but he was able to help my husband with his severe back pain. I can not thank him enough for all he has done for us!! His office manager, Arlena, is wonderful. She helped us understand the insurance process and made sure we were able to use our coverage for 100% of the treatment.

Dr. Schoenfeld is a good compassionate doctor who strictly follows the NJMMP guidelines. However, the office manager Arlene fails to process the renewed prescription on time. I made recertification visit on 4/30, my prescription was supposed to be ready by 5/1. 5/22 - still nothing. No apology, she refused to mail the copy. Instead, Arlene demanded me to return in later today, despite pain, to pick it up. All after idle visits to dispensary and the office. Negligence and lack of compassion?

I have never been treated worse than this sub human so called dr... he needs his license revoked by the board... DO NOT GO TO THIS DR... FAIR WARNING.......... He tells you things and does another, just out for $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.........Gave me wrong information... I seriously think he doesn't quite know the answer... Or he has no problem lying to your face, while you are in severe pain... PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME............ Plenty of real doctors out there who treat patients proper.

Absolutely wonderful ! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Schoenfeld. I'm so happy that I found him.

Be very careful with this man.... He does NOT accept the negotiated amount from your insurance company as Full payment. He will send you a bill for an inflated amount, and then extort you for a CASH only payment to prevent being sent to collections...... ZERO ETHICS.....

Don't go! Inept,indifferent,easy appointments,because no one is there! Methods and strategies for patient care is formulated by his rights and not yours. Blood work not used,Mri not read except for written report. His treatment overall is a waste of time.
