Dr. Schiller didn't have the courage to say this to me directly, but when I requested my records to transfer care to another psychiatrist, I learned that he documented incredibly pathologizing, negatively interpreted things about me and my family and relationship histories, and suggested highly stigmatized diagnoses that are inaccurate and that no other provider has ever suggested in 10 years of care. He is seemigly devoid of compassion, much less any systemic lens about oppression and marginalized identities, seems to rely entirely on a heavily pathology based model, and has a total lack of competence in working with LGBTQ folks- interpreting that dressing masculine as a genderqueer person assigned female at birth equals unusual/eccentric dress. Anyone with any marginalized identities- steer far, far away and protect yourself.
