I injured my eye on Sunday evening. I called the office number and was connected to the on-call physician who assessed the situation and made an appointment for me to come into the office at 8:00 the next morning. I was quickly seen that morning by Dr. Schefkind. He examined my eye, explained the situation clearly to me, assuring me that my eye would be OK, and prescribed some eye drops. I’ve gone to Dr. Schefkind for routine appointments for years, but it’s good to know that his office is also responsive in an injury situation.

My husband and I have been patients for many years and are extremely satisfied with the care we are receiving. We have varying medical conditions and feel that both the physicians and the staff are very professional, up to date and caring. Highly recommend.

I've been a patient of Dr. Schefkind for 25 years. He is very good at listening and responding to any concerns. He is very thorough at monitoring a patient's history and how it compares to one's current condition and he communicates any changes in a very clear way to the patient. His entire staff is professional, polite and excellent at communicating with people coming into the office. There was very little waiting during any of my exams.
