Dr. Russ is a hospital based psychiatrist who over a period of years, missed certain facts of my illness and its presentation, resulting in treatment that was useless. He was unwilling to consider the opinion of another psychopharmacologist who after several years, properly diagnosed bipolar disorder rather than what was then Dr Russ's specialty areas, depression and borderline personality disorder.
