I had a puncture wound, being diabetic (which is under control). I had seen another foot Dr for 2 1/2 months. With my original Dr, there was no change during my time with him. At this point I needed a second opinion. I went to Dr Ray, he took a culture, X-rays seemed to find the right fix and seems to be healing. I noticed a significant change in just a short time. I would recommend this office. Dr. Ray, office staff are thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for all your doing it is appreciated. You may be saving a part of my foot.

Horrible to deal with. His office staff is inattentive, lackadaisical and argumentative. I had difficulty getting a response to phone calls and concerns about my treatment. All the "Dr." could say was, "go somewhere else if you don't like it".
In addition, his Ligonier PA office was by far the dirtiest medical office I've ever seen. If you're looking for an experience with an uncaring, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional podiatrist, Mark J. Ray is your guy.

If anyone says Dr. Mark Ray treats you like a paycheck, doesn't know what they are talking about. I have had serious health issues and have seen many doctor's. He's an excellent caring Doctor and family man who called me personally and texted me to see how I was doing. A man of great character.

Treats you like a real patient not just a paycheck. Asks a lot of questions to make sure you are treated properly. Knowledgeable staff. They will contact your insurance for you so you know what your covered for.

Treats you like a patient that is a source of money.Does not take many instances of insurance,addresses only what you are threre for,not what might be a complication.PLUS CHARGES a large fee for becoming a new patient!(not disclosed.No wonder he moves around a lot.Butchered my toenail,charged for everything possible,and spent no more than 10 minutes with me.NEVER AGAIN
