Patient is non verbal with special needs. Because of this her appointments are more involved than a typical patient. Dr. Pico takes the time to listen and answer all our questions.

3 different occasions now where my wife who is a high risk patient has been told to call if situations change, and then gets blown off by Dr Pico and his MA. Each time we put in 4-5 calls over 24-48 hours and multiple promises to “call back right away” or “call back after lunch break” although we never received a call back. Figured it was a fluke the first time, give them the benefit of the doubt the second time however now that we are on the third occasion with a serious health condition and zero response we are done with this practice.

Probably great if you need a pediatrician. Not so great if you're an adult with actual medical needs/concerns. Flagstaff needs better GPs for us grownups.

He is the worst doctor unless you only have 20 minutes. Made me wait over 45 minutes. However if you are 5 minutes late you lose your appointment. He is not a healer, he is a business at its best. I was constantly referred to another doctor. The business just lost 7 doctors. I do not want to make his house or car payments.

Doesn't care if you have level 7+ pain and suicidal thoughts. Has no options to help you when specialists fail. Doesn't even what you to show up to his office once he has passed you to a specialist.
