Great Care
I fell and fractured my right hip. Dr. Pfaff performed a partial hip replacement. I experienced a physician who was caring, attentive, knowledgeable, and took his time explaining everything that would happen. My outcome is great and I highly recommend him. I was welcomed for my follow up in the office by a friendly caring staff as well.

I have to admit I was a little nervous about seeing Dr. Pfaff my first appointment, several weeks ago, after I read some of the horrible reviews about him. Not one single negative comment I read about this Dr or his staff are true at all!! I have been dealing with knee pain for over a year, I was seeing a “5 star” rated Dr who basically wanted to keep giving me steroid injections in my knee to cover up the real problem. Dr Pfaff is by far the best orthopedic Dr I have EVER seen. He is extremely friendly, highly knowledgeable, speaks to you with respect and concern, talks to you in terms you understand, superb bedside manners and extremely thorough. His staff is super friendly and very thorough from the time you enter the building until you exit. I highly recommend Dr Pfaff to anyone!! I would give this Dr and his staff 10 stars if I could.

went to him years ago when i needed knee surgery, everything was great. cut to today with a dislocated shoulder and he has turned into a rude dismissive person that not only seems like he is trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible, pushing you off on physical therapy and another appointment. hardly looks are your file and spouts off stuff i can google online. do yourself a favor and save your time and money.

Dr. Pfaff is very knowledgeable and told me exactly how it is instead of sugar footing around the problem. He has true morals since he wanted to help me conservatively instead of just cutting my knee open! When you have a lot of responsibilities its hard to just take off a few weeks for a surgery you don't even want to have but other doctors say that you need. He has helped me to return to my normal activities and really helped me get back to being active again. This man is the king of the knee!

This doctor doesn't take time with patients or give them time to talk. I felt like I was bothering him by taking time to explain my problem.

I had a total knee replacement in Feb 2015 I have had nothing but problems and pain he has no compassion for my pain and a carefree attitude about the problem at hand I would not let him operate on my dog so do your homework before I didn't and will regret it for the rest of my life!!!! Beware hope this helps you from not making the same mistake

I would never recommend him. My husband tore his ACL in half and also tore his minis us disc and Dr. Piaffe did his surgery 3 years ago and completely replaced his ACL with what he said was an ACL twice the size of what he had and that he would be better than ever. My husband has had nothing but trouble since his surgery 3 years ago. He's been in constant pain and cannot do many things anymore. He could not even continue in the fire department because his knee is too weak and painful.
