Over-Corrected My Foot
There is a reason his operating privileges were taken away in Maryland. I guess that's why he is in Colorado.

Most people, if lucky, can count their blessings on one hand. But, on the other hand, I can count mine on two feet. And that’s because of one great and gifted guy – my surgeon, my “sole savior”, and now my friend - Dr. Mark Myerson. Decades ago, when I was in my twenties, I started having intermittent pain in both feet. For years, I simply learned to walk around my pain. My parents, both New York physicians, referred me again and again and again over approximately two decades to numerous orthope

Dr. Myerson is extremely professional and very caring. During my visit I never feel rushed. He has a great demeanor and makes me feel very comfortable and is patient for my many questions. The other doctors I saw before Dr. Myerson were trying to steer me toward replacement surgery and I went to Dr. Myerson for a second opinion. Dr. Myerson's diagnosis and treatment were accurate and effective. I do not have to have surgery and my problem is solved. I see Dr. Myerson for followups and he is fant

My experience with Dr Myerson has been great. He didn't give up on my ankle as quickly as other doctors, and has been helping me along my way to rehab and other treatments to help my unique condition. His personal care was much appreciated when he was not even practicing in an office at the time.

My husband, daughter and I flew to Baltimore for a consultation with Dr Myerson. Within 4-5 minutes of meeting him we all agreed that he would do my surgery. I had 5 previous failed surgeries within a 2 1/2 yr period. This was my last hope to save my foot. He did an amazing surgery, I now walk and live a normal life. He is confident, knowledgeable and such an amazing person. I never once had a doubt about the results from the time I met him. I can never express my complete gratitude for such a c

Dr. Myerson I have done 3 surgeries on my right foot and ankle to correct the mistakes of another doctor. Wow! What a difference it made to the quality of my life. However, the plan was to do one more surgery. Ankle replacement or ankle fusion whichever suited me best when the time would come. That time is now unfortunately Dr Myerson has left the building. I am so sadden by this because he the best doctor I have ever met. I am now suffering because I do not trust anyone else to do my surgery.

Now we know why he left patients high and dry without any follow-up care from his botched surgeries. This information was taken from the Maryland Medical Board: On 8/10/16 Termination of Panel Membership or Employment. Voluntary Surrender of Clinical Privilege(s), While Under, or to Avoid, Investigation Relating to Professional Competence or Conduct....for Mark Myerson. I guess all of his botched surges and lack of professional competence finally caught up with him.

This man left my husband and many like him hanging. He left for an extended trip to China right after his first surgery , leaving his intern in charge - during this time the hardware collapsed and surgery failed - he returned and wanted to rush a second operation in 3 days - which we agreed to - little did I know - this was his last day at the foot and ankle clinic at Mercy. He disappeared - No follow up on the 2nd surgery and Mercy could care less.

I had a total ankle joint replacement in 1999. I had nothing but complications.....I have been to doctors all over the country, Colorado, South Dakota, Boston.....and then there was Dr Myerson. He has operated on ny ankle 3 out of the 9 surgeries I've had. My situation is complicated. I 100% trust Dr Myerson with my foot surgery. Truely a compassionate dr..no...compassionate person.

Dr. Myerson is, to say the least, extraordinarily skilled and experienced with performing foot surgery. He's performed two surgeries on my foot, and has restored mobility that is considered remarkable. Without his surgery, I would have been required to continue wearing a foot-and-leg brace. I have not needed to wear the brace since the surgery. The improvement in my quality of life is amazing.

I feel I was not delt with on a real patient level during my original visit back in 2008. I'm now experiencing a lot of issues & I do feel it is because I was a Work Compensation patient. I had originally looked this group of doctors up due to their reviews, but am now very regretful. They gave me semi adequate care. It's now 2016 & my Achilles reconstruction is always swelling when I am active. Maybe they were just trying to get me out of their offices, but I have a real life I'm trying live!

Dr. Mark Myerson recently did a surgical correction on a bunion repair that was done by another doctor four years ago. He corrected my problem leaving me with a normal, intact toe and no more pain. I noticed how professional, kind and polite the doctor was to me, his staff and the Resident doctors studying under his watchful eyes. He is a humble man who impresses patients by listening closely, paying attention to patient complaints, having a sense of humor and accomplishing what he promises!

Dr. Myerson rebuilt my severely flat right foot in August (2015) and will do the same for my left foot in March (2016). He fully explained my condition, treatment, and prognosis. He took the time to listen carefully and to answer all of my questions. He has an amazing command of the scientific literature on foot care, superb clinical & surgical skills, and a genuine concern for patients. I travelled 800 miles to see Dr. Myerson. The results have been amazing and I?I highly recommend him.
