From my first appointment to the present, after cataract surgery and checkups, I know there would never be any reason to go elsewhere. It's always a pleasant experience, from the friendly front desk to the eye exam. They could teach others how to care while still being professional. Dr. Moran must get the credit for this, as well as being the excellent ophthalmologist he is.

Having never done any type of eye surgery before made me skeptical and nervous about the thought of getting LASIK done. This all changed when I went into Dr. Moran's office. The staff was very kind, knowledgeable, and explained in depth about the procedure. They walked you through step by step explaining what they were doing, if you were a good candidate or not, and everything else associated with LASIK. The surgery itself could not have gone smoother. Again, they walked you through every step in the surgery itself and guided you in specific detail what you should do after the surgery to heal. Within 1 day of the surgery, I was able to drive myself to the check-up appointment and now (3 days later) I am seeing better than I ever did with contacts or glasses. Overall, Dr. Moran is great, he does a lot for the community, very personable, and the staff is very knowledgeable. I am glad I chose Dr. Moran to be trusted with my eyes and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I visited 3 places for LASIK surgery and Dr. Moran was only one of three to participate in the initial consult. Meeting the surgeon is very important to me, and the entire staff at Moran Eye Associates was wonderful! Minimal to no wait times, personable staff that kept me informed every step of the way. The entire staff is down to earth, nothing is gimmicky, and pricing is clearly stated. The LASIK procedure made me nervous, but it was quick. The only uncomfortable (NOT painful though) part was the suction ring, but the rest of the procedure was super easy. I was expecting a lot of discomfort afterwards, but experienced nothing except minor dry eye resolved with the prescribed drops at precise intervals. I did my research for the best LASIK surgeon in my area and chose Dr. Moran. My prescription was very strong, but now I'm 20/20 in left eye and close to 20/20 in my right eye which gets clearer every day. I couldn't be more thrilled--life changing! Go see Dr. Moran!!!
