I’ve had the good fortune of having the same primary care physician, Dr. Mark Lucianna, for around twenty years. When I tell people this, they’re amazed and envious: such consistency in our healthcare practitioners is rare these days. Dr. Lucianna hasn’t just been my doctor. He’s been my healthcare researcher, consultant, pharmacist and therapeutic listener. Because of Dr. Lucianna’s care and consistent, expanded knowledge base, I have been able to regain and maintain a healthy quality of life and continue a productive career. Dr. Lucianna knows my name! I have seen many doctors who did not know my name, even after repeated visits. Dr. Lucianna always takes his time to explain what he plans to do for me and why. He keeps up on current medicine, which I really appreciate. And Dr. Lucianna is really friendly, always upbeat and caring. Thank you Dr. L.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lucianna's for 41 years! Most of my family has also been in his care at some point. He delivered my two healthy babies and he actually diagnosed my father with a very rare illness when Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles had mis-diagnosed him. I trust his opinion 100%. He is a warm, caring doctor. His staff is friendly and patient. Dr. Lucicanna owns the Family Clinic and it still has a small town, relaxed feeling since the day it was built.

Takes more time with you than other providers I've seen.

Never another Doc like him!

I've been going to Dr L for over 20 yrs and I just love him and his office staff. Dr L is very knowledgeable and listens when you talk. He and his staff consider your input and realize that the patient may actually know what they are feeling. I haven't found that they want to do tons of tests unnecessarily or send you off to a specialist right off the bat unless they feel you need it. I trust Dr. L and even tho I've moved 45 Minutes to an hour away I still go to him and will until he retires. It is a bit different with the new owners, they have put some different processes in place. But, as to Dr. L. well, he's absolutely the best!

Had this doctor 20 plus years. Very caring doctor, really listens, goes all out to help you and your family's health. I have a great deal of respect for this doctor.

He is wonderful and really cares about his patients. I was a handful but he always took the time even even if it put him behind on his schedule but he never closed the door on me. I’ve seen one doctor since leaving his office five years ago and this was just in the last few months. I’m really going without healthcare because I don’t trust anybody like I trusted him So if you are lucky enough to have him as your doctor stay with him nobody cares like he does

I was laughed at when I stated my husband and I wanted to have at least one more child, I have one and he has no children. That’s why I never went back. In addition to that when I was younger and having issues I was ignored. Maybe if you are male he listens other wise he laughs at you. Complete disrespect. When a woman states she would like to have one more child “you have all kinds of problems and you want more kids lol” yea that happened. Your apology was weak! Your laugh said it all.

Wait time always long...not caring about my health issues...not there when's it's urgent...not satisfied at all...can never see him when needed always having to find a walk in or go to an emergency room

Dr. Lucianna has been my primary care doctor for 40+ years. He is amazing. He treats his patients with the utmost respect and takes the time to listen. His entire staff are professional and very kind.

This Doctor has an excellent manor and always willing to listen and help.
