I have not had my first visit yet. Just made my first appointment and his receptionist was VERY RUDE!!!! She does NOT need to be answering the phones. However, I have been told Dr. Lierz is wonderful. Maybe a better experience with him.

He was aware of my history and had reviewed my scans was a straight shooter and gave me the information in a way I could understand to make the best decision for myself very satisfied and plan a return for additional new information as I am getting older.

Dr. Lierz and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer my questions and get my surgery booked. I definitely will be going back to see him.

Dr. Lierz is wonderful. He is efficient but very caring and always treats me like I'm the most important patient he has. Very thorough and I trust his advice completely. Very hard to get through to office on current phone system. That needs a definite upgrade.
