Dr. Mark Levstik, DO

From the moment he walked into the room, I was met with an air of superiority and condescension that made me feel like I was a burden. His lack of empathy was staggering, he was judgmental, rude, had zero bedside manner. I only went for him because he was the soonest available, was certainly not my first choice. I strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Levstik if you're looking for a compassionate, respectful healthcare provider. There are far better options out there who will treat you like a person, not just another case.

Dr. Levstik is a great physician! He listens to everything you tell him and responds in a caring manner. Your health is his #1 concern and he understands your needs and your style of addressing them. Dr. Levstik is straight forward with his communication which allows his patients to understand what is going on. I am thankful that I found him.

This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. I had multiple questions that he never listened to, completely brushed them off. He was arrogant and totally judgemental. The first thing he said was, “smoke less, drink less and you’ll weigh less” I don’t smoke or drink, never have! It just went downhill from there. I then was ushered into a different room to do a pap smear that I really didn’t want to do- but just went in. He seemed like it was an inconvenience to wait for a nurse to come in. The whole thing was just so rough. I seemed like an inconvenience to him just being there.. I had to shake that appointment off for the whole day. It’s sad too because the office just opened up so close to my home, I was so hopeful. Take the drive and go somewhere different!! Or I wish they would get a different provider in at Amber creek. Please!!

Visit June "23 He is arrogant, rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to him. He was unaware of newer medicines and said to take vitamins for my high blood pressure. He was unfriendly and seems burnt out and has no care for patients.

A would not return to him.

Dr. Levstik was very informative and helpful during my visit. He is willing to look outside the box!

Dr. Levstik has been my Dr for about 14 years. If you're looking for nicey nice, he's not your doctor. If you're looking for great Healthcare and taking responsibility for your actions, he's awesome. He'll tell you how it is, period. He's thorough, caring, and I've grown to trust him immensely! I recently ran into some serious health issues and he stepped up and his professional and caring side prevailed. Highly recommend!

Good doctor. Easy to work with. I left him because I moved away otherwise I'd still be with him. I have CDK 3rd stage A and he never thought that I should meet with a Nephrologist. I just found that I could and should meet with one for a consult. Sorry he was misinformed regarding CDK. Otherwise Mark is a very good doctor.

Doctor is very good at recommending the appropriate treatment.

Dr Levstik has been my primary care physician for many years now. As a complicated case, he is always diligent in finding ways to take care of my medical needs. He is intelligent, thinks outside the box, and I feel safe and trust in his care. He is tells me when he doesn't know what to do next but is always looking for ways to find out how to help.
