Dr. Mark Kwartowitz, DO

Excellent orthopedic surgeon. Love both my TKR I had done serval years ago. Jennifer Georgia MS, PA-C was phenomenal. So kind and caring, spending time reassuring, and explaining all the procedures. I’m able to hike for miles, bike ride, and kneel on the floor to play with my granddaughter. The associated physical therapy department, which is right next-door to his office, was so convenient with a great staff.

I've had chronic pain for 10 years, been to PT more times than I can count, I went here seeking a different route of treatment since PT has not helped and has made it worse. I told this to the nurse and the doctor. Dr did a very basic exam, took X-rays and said, PT, I have a great one here in my office. I was so disappointed, then I received the bill. $685 for their office visit before insurance. That's the highest office visit I have ever seen. Would not recommend. This doctor doesn't think outside the box and care enough to investigate the root cause of the problem. And then charges $685 for an office visit.

Dr K put my knee back together, he and his staff are absolutely amazing

I had a total knee replacement less than 3 years ago. I just skied 6 days in a row with over 130,000 vertical. I was not able to ski more than 3 hours before surgery. I didn't know how much I was unable to do before the Conformis knee replacement. Today is day 51 on skis THIS season. Thank you Dr. Kwartiwitz! I got game again.

real quick consult- felt very rushed..Dr Mark didn't take the time or effort to explain the 3 xray taken - infact reviewed only one of it - told me that i some misalignment. Should have explained to me what it entails- the effects the misalignment may have - instead just the standard response that i need physical therapy. The physical check up was perfunctory - almost going thru the motions and running thru his checklist. Zero effort to build any comfort level or even a feeble attempt understand the underlying factors leading up to the issue- very basic review. Do not recommend him at all. Did not expect this from an establishment as this.

I have fibromyalgia and spend a lot of time with doctors. I found Dr. Kwartowitz and his staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to make me as a patient feel comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Kwartowitz and his practice to anyone.

I began my journey with Dr. Lederman, and had a scope of my left knee and that sent my path with Dr. Kwartowitz as I needed a knee cap replacement (makoplasty). I had the left knee done in February of 2016, and the right knee in July of 2017. This past fall I hiked Mount Zion for a full day, and relished the experience with zero discomfort in my knees. It was glorious! The treatment from this center, from surgery, to follow up, to their own physical therapy department is spectacular.

I highly recommend Dr. Kwartowitz. I am a physical therapist with HealthQuest and Dr. Kwartowitz has taken time to come an present to us as PTs and our patients that see him are very happy with his services. He takes time with each patient and you can tell that he is passionate and cares about them.

Questionable use of orthopedic device when treating broken clavicle. Lack of at home instruction following surgery.

My total hip replacement experience could not have gone better. I was up and walking 6 hours after surgery, back home the following day and driving in a week. Dr Kwartowitz has an excellent way of relating with his patients in a very friendly, informative and assuring manor. The entire office staff follows his lead in their treatment of patients. My surgery results are a testimony to his exceptional skills as a surgeon. Thank You Mark Ferda

Dr. Kwartowitz was professional and informative in explaining the options for my hip replacement. Although I was hoping for the best, I was prepared for a long recovery. Instead, after surgery, I used a walker for a couple of days, then went to a cane for just a few days. After less than a week after surgery, i was off of pain meds, and within 10 days, I was walking a quarter to half mile every day. I could not have imagined a better post operative situation.
