Telehealth
He is really great doctor he cares about his patients I am being honest blessed to have him in my life, he been seeing me for years I have medical conditions with Pulmonary Fibrosis and when I get sick he is on the top of my health care and the Norses and stuff in the front office my respect to all them I love all them and God bless them for being so great people.

So fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Klepper!
In my opinion, there is no better Pulmonologist anywhere than Dr. Klepper. He connects with his patients in a way unlike most doctors these days. He is upbeat and knowledgeable, with a great deal of common sense that comes from being confident in one's profession. I drive to Austin for most of my specialists - and if I moved to Austin, I'd drive back to Waco for Dr. Klepper.

Bronchiectasis patient
Dr. Klepper diagnosed my bronchiectasis after numerous doctors couldn't. He has provided excellent guidance for managing it forover 10 years. He is very knowledgeable, patient and kind.

Dr Klepper is a wonderful pulmonologist! He never makes me feel rushed during appointments. He explains things very well and makes sure I understand everything. I highly recommend him!

No wait time for my visit. Staff very friendly and helpful. Took xrays and results were fast. I Was given results and all my guestions were answered in a short period of time, and I did not feel rushed at any time.

THE worst doctor's office I have ever dealt with in my life. Horrible staff, front desk, and very unprofessional. He was also very pompous, did not seem interested in my case or following up with my other doctors. Do all you can to avoid going to him!! Had test done & was told would receive news of results in 3-4 days. It took 11 days & that only after calling 4 times a day to his office. Extremely disappointed & am will be sure I never go back & warn all of my friends the same. Awful!! Avoid!!

Very knowledgeable he seems very caring about your concerns and listens to you. My only complaint is for Medicare patience they make you pay your 20% upfront. I dont usually have the 20% so I have not been back.
