Rude staff, excessive wait times
Horrible experience. Staff is not friendly nor helpful, literally walked up to the desk to inquire about my husband’s appointment and the young guy walked away as I was approaching his desk (rude). Waited for an hour passed my husband’s appointment time, before asking how much longer the wait would be and was told that the overall wait time for a routine eye examination is 2 hours. Never have had 2 wait 2 hours before being called for an appointment that was scheduled months in advance (we were not added on or a walk-in). The tech that attended to my husband was also rude. Would not recommend this office, unless you have nothing but time to sit around and wait excessively in an outdated packed waiting room. Will be contacting our PCP and requesting a new referral elsewhere.

NEVER, EVER consider letting Dr. Kislinger near your eyes. He literally ruined mine with overdone refractive surgery. Every optometrist, opthomologist, and retinal specialist I have seen for the last 10 years asked who did this to you? I should have sued him.
