I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Kanter and his team, from my initial consultation to my six-week post-op follow-up. The staff was incredibly helpful in navigating the insurance approval process for my medically necessary breast reduction, which took about two weeks. I scheduled my surgery after my vacation, and I’m so glad I chose Dr. Kanter. His bedside manner is exceptional—he explained everything thoroughly and ensured all my questions were answered at every appointment, including the day of surgery. What really stood out to me was Dr. Kanter’s dedication. My surgery was on a Friday morning, and although he was going on vacation the following week, he came in on a Saturday morning just to make sure I was seen, even though the office is normally closed on weekends. He also arranged for me to come in the following week, and while he was still on vacation, his assistant checked my drains and I spoke with Dr. Kanter via FaceTime.I am beyond satisfied with my results!

Dr. Kanter saved my mental health and quite possibly my life.After suffering from a never ending pain in my back for nearly 2 years and hearing other doctors say it was my bones or a tight muscle, Dr. Kanter removed an angiolipoma of substantial size. He listened to me. He didn’t write me off to hurry me along. He explained what needed to be done and was amazing- He even called me himself as I recovered from the procedure!And then there’s his nurses and his office staff who were always incredibly polite and helpful and I don’t even know if I ever saw someone without a smile on their face.I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

I received breast augmentation surgery from Dr. Kanter and could not be happier with the entire process, from my consultation to my final results. Dr. Kanter does a phenomenal job of explaining every aspect of the procedure and patiently and thoroughly answers questions. I was so excited to meet Dr. Mark Kanter for a breast reduction consultation, but to my dismay, he demanded right away that I get a mammogram before he would perform any surgeries on my breasts. When asked if this was a medical requirement for insurance purposes he informed me that it is not a medical requirement, however, it is HIS PERSONAL opinion that I must receive a mammogram before he would agree to perform any surgeries on me. Our professional medical establishment has deemed mammograms not necessary for breast surgery. Insurance does not require them, which means it is ultimately up to a woman to decide what is best for her. It is not a doctor's place to decide what is best for a woman and her body. As a business owner myself I am floored that a doctor would talk to a client this way. Please learn how to respect your patients and trust that they ultimately know what is best for their bodies. It is vital that you keep your personal opinions out of your business.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Amazing surgeon, very thorough, explained everything. I have never been so at ease for surgery. Not just the Dr but his office staff amazing as well. I feel like a complete new person.

Dr.Kanter is the man. He is so knowledgeable and comforting. He answered each and every question. His calming demeanor made it easy to talk to him and not feel embarrassed or that my question was stupid. The night of my procedure he called to check on me. Not a nurse it was Dr. Kanter letting me know that if I needed anything he and the office were just a phone call away. I highly recommend him. Every step was easy & professional. Got surgery on October 2022,Breast Reduction. I couldn’t got a better plastic surgeon, love the result he listen to every request and questions that I had. After surgery I felt the relive instantly when I got out of surgery with no back pain or surgery pain was very numb.Scars are very thin, he did an overall great job. Surgeon was very professional during the entire process and office members too, never had a problem with visit or treatment.

Had a breast reduction to help with back, neck, and shoulder pain. He listened to what I wanted, and my goals for outcome. Appointments were quick, on time, and to the point. He got me into surgery quickly, and he made sure to explain everything multiple times so I knew what to expect. Surgery went without a hitch and the reduction looks and feels amazing. His staff, from the phone to the front desk, to the nurses, to the surgery schedular, to the doctor himself, were all absolutely amazing, welcoming, and caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else for plastic or reconstructive surgery.

My surgery was just as I had hoped, and more. Dr. Kanter and the support staff, Stacy, Jobe, Jennifer, Teri and Ann, were as helpful and supportive as could be.

I needed help from Dr. Kanter to fix an over 15 year old deformation. I was truly afraid during the early phase but after my 1st visit to Dr. Kanter's office, his staff and the Dr. himself made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Kanter and his fine staff sets the bar of competence for any patient/client looking for help in this field. I was stoked after the procedure and how painless and efficient the process went. I needed to see Dr Kanter after a car accident for a nonemergent face lesion. He managed to work me into his busy schedule and was able to remove the lesion with minimal discomfort and professionalism. Knowing that the Country is in the middle of the COVID crisis, he and his Staff practiced exemplary infection prevention to maintain safety. I would highly recommend him to my family, friends and colleagues.
