Dr. Mark Jaffe and his staff were courteous and very nice. I felt comfortable and had all of my questions answered. He even returned to the room twice to answer my additional questions. My surgery is scheduled for next week and while I am somewhat nervous, I feel like I am in good hands. They have already prescribed my medications and my list of instructions was made very clear, which is important to me.

5 years ago Dr. Jaffe performed surgery on my right eye, blocked tear duct. The following year, my left eye developed the same issue and I knew he was the best surgeon for the surgery. He has a very light touch and extremely professional. Following those surgeries, I had no doubt about who would be doing my upper eye lift when needed. I had the eye lift eye surgery 2 weeks ago and I still can't believe the immediate results. The entire staff provided me with excellent care! I had minimal bruising and very little swelling. The staff and Dr. Jaffe made me comfortable, answering all my questions. Dr. Jaffe sincerely cares about his patients and the end result. I cannot rave enough about how pleased I am with the eye lift & how I was treated on a personal level!

Dr.Jaffe and his staff are courteous, polite and professional. I had an issue with my eyelids drooping and it was affecting my ability to drive. From handling the insurance, to seeing me thru the procedure and the follow up visits, everything was handled beyond my expectations. I even called after hours for a concern, the phone was answered immediately, by a staff member, my concerns were addressed and they then called to follow up with me the next day. My experience with Dr.Jaffe was one of the best experiences I have had with a medical office. I highly recommend Dr.Jaffe and his staff.

Dr. Jaffe was recommended to us by a leading physician in the DFW area. Ironically, I visited a well-known dermatologist and I happened to mention Mark Jaffe's name and my dermatologist said that he was one of the finest Oculoplastic surgery doctors in Dallas. Boy, was he right. He was very professional, friendly,("call me Mark") and my surgery was very well-performed with an excellent suture line. I was done within 2 hrs. and experienced no post-operative pain, I had my sutures removed today and the whole staff was excellent and professional. I would highly recommend Mark Jaffe as one of the best doctors I have ever had and was treated wonderfully by everyone on his staff.

I strongly DO NOT recommend Dr. Jaffe. Terrible office Manager. Was a former patient of Dr. Jaffe. The in office experience changed dramatically since the last time I saw him. Office manager, Paige. was the most rude, lying and argumentative person I have met in a medical office. She actually lied to the patient about not having medical records. Said they no longer had to keep them over seven years, which is true per the Texas Medical Board, however, patient's last office visit was six years ago. She did not disclose terms when medical records were requested. Patient had to keep inquiring about the medical records process as office manager was very argumentative! Very disappointed and reflects poorly on Dr. Jaffe's overall quality of care for his patients. I will NEVER go back and be treated like that again. Beware of "Paige".

Terrible insurance woman in front office. Doesn’t understand how it works. They continue to say they will be glad to show me my benefits. They answered my review with incorrect information. I have two insurances, but they called each separately and received wrong information. I have done insurance for years. She needs to find a new job and the doctor needs to wise up.

Dr. Jaffe is a very patient friendly doctor as well as his staff. I had an issue with my first eyelid lift and when I went back he immediately said he would fix the issue. I was very pleased with the outcome of my eyelid lift and skin removal. I would highly recommend Dr. Jaffe !

My first experience with the office was my initial phone call for a consultation. I met the staff on a Tuesday, was so impressed, that I scheduled my eye lid surgery the next day. It's been 4 weeks since my surgery and I've never looked better. I can see! Everyone compliments my eyes, because now they can tell what color they are. The staff and Dr. Jaffe are not only extremely professional, but amazingly kind and caring. They understood my needs and far exceeded them.

Dr. Jaffe seemed very knowledgeable and repaired my drooping eyelids in one surgical session.

Had cosmetic eyelid surgery Feb 1 and everything went great. Very happy with the results. Dr. Jaffe has years of experience working on just eyelids which was a huge factor in my choosing him. Also his consultation fee was quite reasonable considering other doctors I looked into had outrageous fees. I wanted to go to an eye surgeon, not a plastic surgeon, and I was lucky to have found Dr. Jaffe.

Dr. Jaffe took great care of me. He and his surgical nurse provided me clarity and comfort throughout the process. I'm in great health at 6-feet tall and a 33" waist. But after 62 birthdays my eyelids made my peripheral vision border-line and caused my countenance to appear a bit tired. Dr. Jaffe prescribed a remedy and regime for recovery. I followed his instructions and am much the better for it. I highly recommend Dr. Jaffe.

Dr. Jaffe removed some nodules on each eyelid that were too close to my tear ducts. He was gracious enough, as I had met all my out of pocket insurance costs, to squeeze me in the very last days of December, 2017. His staff is exactly like him......professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and the client's comfort comes first. Dr. Jaffe and his team made a procedure I was dreading simple and quick. I have a lot of experience with drs. The 5 star review is one I give very rarely.

My eyelid surgery result was perfect. Dr Jaffe and his staff are first rate. The procedure was essentially painless and recovery was exactly as he told me it would be. He is conservative in his approach. I submit there is no way anyone can look at me and think I had the procedure. I recommend Dr Jaffe without reservation.

Experiencing surgery around one's eyes is scary. Dr. Jaffe and his capable staff put me at ease immediately. He performed a laser eyelift on both my eyes. I felt very little pain and within about 40 minutes saw a positive result. Of course, afterwards there is swelling. There was, however, no pain. Now I can look at my eyes in the mirror and like what I see. And, Dr. Jaffe has an exceptional staff.

Dr Jaffe is not only an exceptional surgeon, but he is extremely kind and compassionate. I highly recommend him.

I had the best experience with Dr. Jaffe and his entire team. His professional and caring staff are top notch which to me means a lot about Dr. Jaffe. Louanne and Blanca always go above and beyond to ensure your quality experience. They checked in on me several times before , during and after all procedures.
